The warm lentil salad with wild rice was delicious. Having been disappointed with a few food choices I've made along the way during my trip in Cambodia, the 240 it's worth stepping off the touristy trail and for the same money that you'd pay a pizza and a beer, have a healthy and yummy treat...

We spent a couple of nights at The 240 at the start of our holiday in Cambodia. Great location, within walking or a short tuk-tuk trip to the riverside, the Grand Palace and all of the central attractions. Delicious breakfast provided in the cafe next door, and lovely staff. I would highly recommend spending the few extra dollars on one... More

Highly recommend this hotel! Nice location near the Royal Palace and National Museum. Wine boutiques on the same street. Very green and clean rooms. We were very happy to book the one with terrace, 4 wonderful evenings with french wine and Cambodian fruits. And, of cause, staff! It is really wonderful!! 5+

Checked in after a tiring bus ride from Saigon and staff were super friendly, fast check-in, just overall great service. We originally tried to book somewhere else, but it was fully booked so I was recommended to stay here. Unfortunately, I got in a small accident last night + a horrible headache and I forgot my painkillers at home!!!! Then... More

Very nice, small hotel in the center of city. Near to the all main attractions of Phnom Penh. Very friendly and helpful staff. Standard room is large and very high. One minus is: no lift, but staff always help us with baggage. Big and interesting breakfast. I will recommend this place for stay.

I stayed at The 240 for two nights and I really wish I could give it a better rating but I had such a strange mixed experience. The staff were amazing, genuinely friendly and funny. The hotel itself is small and charming and the room was nice (specially for the price) but the bed was really bad - they've put... More

Initially, we were quite pleased with this hotel and our room. It had a unique loft style with the bathroom being on the second floor. It seemed clean, well lit, and air conditioner worked well. Good enough. We noticed there was only a flat bed sheet as a "blanket" for the bed and we found it a bit chilly during... More

The room was very smart looking but lacked many basics. There was no easily available power point in a sensible location - one near the desk also had the fridge and TV plugged in. Another was at floor level in a far corner. There was no where to place my suitcase other than on the floor, and no shelves to... More

Excellent location: close to the Royal Palace, the National Museum and the Riverside. Quiet street with nice little shops in the immediate surroundings. 10 air-conditioned rooms of decent size, comfortable and well furbished (including a safe in the room) with excellent Wi-Fi. The room we were given did not have a swimming pool but we were offered the possibility to... More

I stayed at the 240 for one night in a Private Pool with Terrace room, after a week at a conference at a larger Phnom Penh hotel. The pros: the private pool was nice, especially since the hotel does not have it's own pool for guests. If you book a room without a pool, you'll receive access to the Kabiki's... More
