It was such a greatly decorated place, we really loved it. The staff were friendly and the restaurant next door where you will have the breakfast is really cool looking as well and they have brilliant food. As for a person living in China having good bread is close to a miracle but here the at the breakfast we were... More

I was greeted by the smell of lemongrass , my eyes feasted on the vibrant paintings and my mouth watered at the healthy menu in the cafe...all my senses fully catered for. It was so nice after the long bus ride from Sien Reap that i stayed in and just relaxed....the lemongrass burner in my room was just devine. I... More

We stayed 2 nights here. Love the design of the room - open concept. This made our stay more romantic. But the terrace was a disapointment. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The fresh passion fruit drink was refreshing. The hotel was along a quiet stretch of 240. There are some nice food outlets nearby. It's very... More

we ended up here because we tried to book into the Pavilion but it was full and they suggested we try their sister location The 240. Great customer service from the outset - good sign! The 240 ended up being perfect for us. The rooms are charming, we enjoyed breakfast and people watching, and the street itself is charming with... More

The moment I stepped into the room, WOW WOW !!! Stairs to the bathroom like a little penthouse, if they have the rain shower head , thats would be perfect . The stairs to every floors was very intimate and kinda like home too . Breakfast was simple , fresh. I love this boutique hotel, very accessible to everywhere, decent... More

The only problem with the 240 hotel was we didn’t stay long enough. We loved it. We opted for the room with the private pool, well worth it but everyones gets access to a sister resort pool down the road. The staff were some of the friendliest in Asia. The breakfast was perfect. Its $1-3 US anywhere around town in... More

Another gem for this boutique group of small hotels in Phnom Penh. On previous trips to PP we've stayed at the Blue Lime, and decided to try The 240 this time. How wonderful to walk in and have the manager, Geraldine (who we had met on previous stays at the Blue Lime) remember us! We only stayed one night as... More

I stay here with my wife and I love their private mini pool in the room. The staff are good. I will absoulutely come back here and book my holiday in The 240... More

Room was beautiful, but priced high-ish. Lobby is beautiful, but has a weird smell. Staff was very professional and kind. However, I take issue with the management/owner for providing water bottles that LEAK WHILE SEALED. The only way to open these knockoff brand bottles is by using my teeth. I got sick in Phnom Penh, and I wouldn't put it... More
