The 240 is a well designed boutique hotel located in a great shopping street. However I found the drainage in the bathroom and toilet needs to be looked into. It could be because they are located in such a old part of town. But definitely it stinks in the shower and toilet because of this. Then again it may be... More

Gorgeous boutique hotel on 240 St. The rooms are stylish, roomy and feels like you are in your own apartment. I got room 5 with small plunge pool on first floor - 1 set stairs. High ceilings, massive room and patio. Had to move upstairs to room 8 due to the hotel needing to make a repair to my pool... More

What a wonderful place to come home to after a day exploring Phnom Penh! The rooms are large and airy, the pool around the corner pure bliss! Breakfast next door is delicious and such a tranquil setting. The perfect place to get away from the chaos of Phnom Penh. St 240 and the hotel is a little bubble. It's the... More

We had originally wanted to book the sister hotel to this but it was full. The staff were friendly and it was a large room. It was also on the top floor with no lift which is something to bear in mind if you book. Our room had a strange layout as the bathroom section was open-planned with the bedroom.... More

My wife and I and our adult daughter booked the hotel on line from Australia. The process was simple and everything was as expected when we arrived. The check-in process was friendly and efficient and the rooms were excellent - both roomy, with good air-conditioning, plenty of electrical sockets to charge 'phones, etc. We had a small lap pool on... It was such a greatly decorated place, we really loved it. The staff were friendly and the restaurant next door where you will have the breakfast is really cool looking as well and they have brilliant food. As for a person living in China having good bread is close to a miracle but here the at the breakfast we were... More

I was greeted by the smell of lemongrass , my eyes feasted on the vibrant paintings and my mouth watered at the healthy menu in the cafe...all my senses fully catered for. It was so nice after the long bus ride from Sien Reap that i stayed in and just relaxed....the lemongrass burner in my room was just devine. I... More

We stayed 2 nights here. Love the design of the room - open concept. This made our stay more romantic. But the terrace was a disapointment. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The fresh passion fruit drink was refreshing. The hotel was along a quiet stretch of 240. There are some nice food outlets nearby. It's very... More

we ended up here because we tried to book into the Pavilion but it was full and they suggested we try their sister location The 240. Great customer service from the outset - good sign! The 240 ended up being perfect for us. The rooms are charming, we enjoyed breakfast and people watching, and the street itself is charming with... More
