Right at the back of the Grand Palace & walking distance to the riverfront. Nice, big room with big outdoor balcony. There is a restaurant next door where they serve fairly decent breakfast. Small hotel but given the quality of the room & the good location would highly recommend! The only minus point is there is no pool.

Easy reservation (via email), nice welcoming staff with free drink and sweets, quick check-in. Reception staff helped us enormously with our flight check-in (which was extremely difficult considering the airlines involved). So big thanks to the staff and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Loved this little hotel. Great staff, friendly, speak great english (far better than my Khemer!), check in was easy in fact everything was easy. No problems with the hot water in fact had to turn it down. And yes the TV picture was pretty terrible but I can watch TV at home. No doubt they will fix this again. Have... More

By far the best designed and decorated room in our trip across Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel is central enough you can walk around to a few interesting location, if you can manage refusing tuk-tuk rides every 3 meters. The staff is friendly and the next door restaurant (where breakfast is served) is good.

We booked in here based on TA reviews and, for the most part, enjoyed our stay. We bussed in from Siem Reap, & it was only a 15-minute or so ride from the terminal to the hotel through the notorious PP traffic. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly & welcoming, with excellent English. Check-in was a snap in... More

Dear Guest, Many thanks for your review. We had the maintenance to turn the hot water off for some fixing and he had forgotten to put it back on... Sorry about that. As for the TV signal, indeed, it is weak in that room and we are installing a booster now. Hope everything will be up and running in the... More

Stayed just one night at The 240. Was a great place to start my trip. Very friendly staff allowed me to have early check in after arriving early. The hotel is within walking distance to most of the major sites (a couple of blocks from the Royal Palace and the Riverfront (restaurants/bars). The room itself was immaculate, quiet and comfortable.... More

The staff in the hotel were really lovely and very helpful. The room was one of the cleanest we stayed in during our time in Cambodia, and add on of a pick up from the airport was a great addition after such a long flight.

We chose this hotel due to its earlier reviews, but dont quite agree. The poolterrace room was ok, but definitely needed some updating. Breakfast next door restaurant fine (not to meat lovers ;) ) but doable. The location wasnt so great, streets not easy to walk between constructions, kitchens, people...We couldnt find shops or restaurants nearby, though easy to get... More

Dear Guest, I am sorry you did not like the location of the 240. Street 240 runs along the Royal Palace and is considered one of the majors streets of the historical quarter of Phnom Penh. I personally chose it for its charm and trees... But I can understand that some might preffer a more party-like area. Cheers, Alexis More

We have a wonderful stay here. The room was really spacious and clean and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were really helpful booking our very tickets to Siem Reap and arranging taxis for us. Would stay here again.

This was our second stay at The 240. We returned because of the excellent quality of the hotel and exceptional staff. The rooms are well apportioned, comfortable and clean. We made additional trips outside of Phnom Penh this year, and the staff were wonderful in arranging transport. The location is terrific. Street 240 is known for its boutiques, deservedly so.... More
