Great spacious room with garden window (pre-arranged with owner) The room was nicely decorated, with old pictures of Cambodia, a well-equipped bath room and refrigerator in room makes this picture complete. (booked for $30 night) Attractive garden as an oasis when returning from busy city. In the BB the shoes have to be taken off , is common custom. Good... More

It's really hard to fault this guesthouse for the money you are paying. Well located near the palace. Staff are friendly. It's clean and airy with lots of space outside the rooms. Breakfast great and an overall great experience. Some very minor gripes about the shower and door was a bit hard to open but great value for money.

Beautiful building down a little alleyway (still felt very safe). Staff were warm and friendly. Good a/c and wifi in my large room on the fourth floor. Breakfast was tea/coffee, bacon, eggs and bread. There were a few administrative mistakes with bus transfers I arranged through the hotel but they were very apologetic and I was able to find cheaper... More

This was a nice place to stay. The guesthouse arranged for my pick-up at the airport (7 USD) and I booked the driver for the next day as I wanted to visit a few places before leaving in mid-afternoon for Siem Reap. My room on the 3rd floor was perfect for my short stay. It had everything I needed and... More

I arrived Phnom Penh off a late flight. The Alibi Guesthouse had arranged for a tuktuk to meet me at the airport ( much appreciated). My room was on the first floor. The room was clean, spacious, with a nice private bathroom. I had a fan plus aircon and a small fridge ( not necessary but was useful ). Off... More

We stayed here for several nights in April 2014. This old mansion is a lovely old building with a stunning staircase and a lovely courtyard they have filled with palms and plants making it a lovely area. We stayed on the top floor and highly recommend that this floor is avoided, due to the extreme final staircase that has to... More

My wife and I stayed for a week at this hotel. The hotel is near the palace ,so it is in the part of the city that the king chooses to live. You can walk to everything except the Russian market from there. We had no problem with tuk tuk drivers at breakfast as others have reported. No driver came... More

Glad I booked this guesthouse. We arrived from Ho Chi Minh by the Mekong Express bus, there were tuk tuks waiting on arrival and it only took 15min and $4 to transport 3 of us to the hotel. It is a pretty, tradional establishment in a good location, it is really close to the Royal Palace and the busy Riverside... More

Set in an alley off one of the main boulevards close to riverside, royal palace and national museum. Super friendly and helpful staff. For the price, this place exceeded our expectations. Clean, very comfortable, stylish surroundings. The breakfast was included and was great. I would recommend this place to others. We booked an airport transfer and it was straightforward and... More

Walking distance to Sisowath Quay (a beautiful riverside boardwalk, abounding with street-side cafes and shops), and yet set back in a quiet alley. Inside the gate, the courtyard is tranquil and inviting. Inside the hotel itself, the staff is friendly and the room is comfortable – with both a/c and fan. It does have a “wet bath” (meaning there is... More
