This place is excellent for many reasons. The architecture is very nice with a charming garden, all this makes this place a small oasis of quietness. All facilities are provided with swimming-pool, spa, sauna, jacuzzi, Internet, Wifi, etc. The location is great near temples and Sisowath quay and close to major attractions. The "human size" of this property gives a... More

This is a true Gem in Phnom Penh. I have tried many others, and never wrote a review. This one deserves the best of reviews.I loved the service, at the reception with Mr. Sarat, at the bar with the young girl (sorry, cant remember the name). Nothing was ever too much. They followed up with items I forgot in the... More

This was my second trip to Cambodia but the first time I go to villa paradiso. Excellent place to place in. Nice and calm in the center of Cambodia. The owners are great people funny and always here for advise. It's great value for money. Specially compared to the service that you get. Loved this place I definitly recommend it.

We stayed for four nights in the Music room and found the Hotel and staff to be excellent. It’s in a great location within an easy walk to the Kings Palace and riverfront or if walking isn’t your thing a Tuk Tuk is always right outside the door. The breakfast menu offered a good selection and set you up for... More

My husband and I stayed here for two nights while travelling Cambodia. The location was good in the city centre with tuk tuks readily available at the door of the hotel. The hotel receptionist organised all our transport including hiring a tuk tuk driver for the whole day. Breakfast was included and served to the table, rather then the common... More

This hotel was nice, but we felt we could have done better for the price. The room was spacious, but there just wasn't anything special about it. The pool was nice and a decent size, and breakfast was served overlooking it. We got the feeling like the workers didn't have a lot of flexibility and needed to stick to a... More

I loved Phnom Penh, but you have to admit it's a hot and dusty place... which means it's important to have a nice oasis to return to at the end of the day. The Villa Paradiso was that for us. After 2 weeks in Thailand and Cambodia, it was the first hotel where we actually used the pool, and we... More

Service level is undoubtedly top notch, staff are very helpful and genuinely want to make your stay memorable. But for the same price there are better options in town. Don't get the pool side villa, it's noisy as it is literally next to the pool. SPA is average.

Dear Hownang, Thank you for your review of the Villa Paradiso Boutique Hotel and Spa. We are happy that you enjoyed our top notch service and our effort of our staff to make your stay memorable. As we mention on our homepage, the Pool Pavilions are just in front of the swimming pool (3m) and we apologize that during your... More

I highly recommend the hotel. Really nice and cosy hotel, great service. Really friendly staff at breakfast! The best part was for sure the Khmer massage. Absolutely fantastic! If you are staying in Phnom Penh for few days, just book a room there. Very good location too!

Lost account of how many times I have been staying there but it must be 10-15 times, which tells already the story.. Perfect place to stay in Phnom Penh for both business and holiday purposes. Staff will always try not only to make your stay as comfortable as possible, but even to get you good transport to get there from... More
