The room was very basic (not super clean, but it was okay) and I believe that I could get a better one for this price but it was worth everything because of the staff! It's like a whole big family and they are so sweet, warm and helpful. They also makes very good drinks downstairs in the Blue Dog bar... More

If you're looking to party this is a great place and also a great base. Things kickoff here and it's a lot of fun every night. There's also a lot of great bars and restuarnats around. highly recommmend it for party goers. If you're all about relaxing seeing the scenery and getting good rest, don't stay here.

Be awere that some rooms are just above the bar. The music at evenings is very very strong, wich majes resting impossible. The wood floor of my room was the roof of the bar. Apsrt that, everything else was ok.

Awesome place!! We had a blast.. The pool table was free so we spent perhaps a little too much time in the bar. The staff are Great, everyone's friendly and helpful. Adam's cool as sh**,, Funny guy, and very helpful...but be careful playing poker against him! The room itself was relatively basic but clean. We had a hot water shower... More

The pros: rooms were clean, hot showers, most times soap in the bathrooms, busy bar downstairs (May be a pro or con depending), location is ok, but the cheaper restaurants are along the river about a 20 min walk away Cons: we asked for their help booking a boat/bus to chau doc (Vietnam) they basically just booked us the most... For the price you pay this place is okay. There is a bar/restaurant at the 1st floor where there is always party going on. If you are travelling alone, its a great place to meet people, and a lot of expats. The rooms are clean, good wifi, no hot water, even they claim there is. Helpful and nice staff. I... More

Before I rant, this really is not a bad place to stay and I try to remember that I am travelling on a budget and that this room was reasonably cheap compared to the other places we looked at in Phnom Penh. Having now stayed in other places in Cambodia, I feel this place is a little overpriced, but have... More

Bluedog Bar and Guesthouse is one of the most comfortable places I've ever been to. The staff are amazingly friendly and you can make the best of friends in an instant. With a warm and groovy vibe, a great menu and TASTY shots and cocktails, Blue Dog Bar and Guesthouse will be a place I will come back too again... More

Really friendly staff, clean rooms, and good location. The bar is slamming most nights, and they play pretty cool music, but if for whatever reason you don't fancy getting involved though, there are quieter communal areas upstairs. I will definitely stay here again!

Bluedog Guesthouse is in a good location and is a good bar and place to hang out - but as as a guesthouse it's a bit all over the place. The staff were lovely, very helpful but the room we were in (Double with Fan, Room 4) had stains on the walls, lots of dust and the 'window' looked into... More
