I stayed at the Goldie boutique guest house at Phnom Penh for a night and it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the city quite close to the Russian market with lovely shops and restaurants around it. Though it does not have a restaurant the guest house has a very limited menu but the... More

Goldie's selling point is its location in the heart of Boeung Keng Kang 1, a neighborhood largely made up of relatively wealthy Cambodians and expats. It's pleasant, though not exactly the most representative neighborhood of the country. Generally, Goldie is comfortable and well run. The staff are reasonably friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are really going to need some... More

This place is clean and relatively well maintained. The location is quite good as well, with lots of good restaurants close by. I'd recommend checking out the website in advance to see what the rooms look like as they are all quite different.

We stayed for only one night, but i wish we had found Goldie Boutique guest house earlier. The guest house is well located, quiet, clean, affordable for budget travelers and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and nice, maybe only the bathroom ( at least in our room) needs some renovation. In general I really enjoyed. Plus the staff is nice!

Good service; affordable prices; well located. However, rooms don't look at all what Goldie shows on its website. Decoration in rooms is very basic. Great massage parlor on ground floor. Smoking is not allowed. However, smokers can rent a room with balcony and use it to smoke outside.

First stayed here in the Autumn of 2013, came back in February of 2014 and have stayed there ever since ! This long term suits me quite well in many areas, most of which are the very friendly staff and management/ownership that will go out of their way to be of help. I personally am very sensitive, at 70 years... More

Small rooms, dirty towels, unclean floors, just 1 soap in the bathroom, and unwelcoming / uncaring / unfriendly staff. Awful decoration. Don't really know why they call themselves "boutique". Wifi intermittent.

Looking for a cheap room, this was the best we could find in this area. Most decent rooms are $40 and above, here we paid $20, but it wasn't any better than the places we paid $8 for in Siem Reap. The room was a decent size, but as is often the case, there were no windows or natural light.... More
