We stayed at the blue river for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had the connecting suite for 5 of us and it was perfect. Loved how it wasnt in town, felt good to come home in the evenings and relax away from the busy city. Tuk tuk ride took less then 10 mins to get to town, by... More

we had booked online and had not seen that it was very far from de town center. happily, the hotel has a shuttle 4 times a day to get you in town but you must pay 5$ the tuk tuk to get back. It's expensive. the room we had was great, clean et had a really hot water shower, the... More

We stayed for 4 nights and took 2 rooms, for 3 adults and 2 kids. The rooms were spacious and well equipped with sofas, floor lighting, ensuite baths, TVs, bedside lamps etc.. plus communal outdoor pool, jacuzzi and steamroom. The rooms were a little dark, and the baths do leak, but you would not get such facilities for this price... More

The hotel provides airport pickup & transfer. All staff members are polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast is ample with food selection. Though the hotel provides shuttle service to downtown but guests have to pay the return fare. It takes time on travel and no supermarket or restaurants nearby and so not convenient for foreign visitors. Room facilities are good... More

Hotel was pretty decent with good interiors, great room size and beautiful view of the river. Staff was quite friendly. Also Free shuttle to town was available. Only downside is that its very far from. So you have to shell out around 5-7 dollars every time just to get to the town whereas a complete day tour to 5-6 destination... More

The rooms are quite nice. We were on the 7th floor and had an amazing view of the river. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The breakfast buffet was basic, 6/10. Can not complain about the room. Bed and sheets were plush and nice. The biggest problem with this hotel is that it is faaaar from the center of town. It takes... More

Free airport pick up did not happen. Free shuttle into town (4km away) did not turn up! Comfortable room with river views. Had to request room to be made over/refreshed. Breakfast focused on Asian travellers. However, there was a toaster and fried eggs or omelettes You will pay 5 dollars for a tuk tuk to the City or Riverside area... More

Modern but Khmer styled hotel ie very heavy, dark teak furniture and very low lighting in the room. In fact it is impossible to read in bed unless you remove the lampshade from the bedside light. We were in a deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the Mekong. The rooms are large with efficient, quiet air conditioning. Good bathroom with... More

Checkin was delayed as room was not ready. The room itself was clean and functional with beds of standard asian hardness. Bathroom was clean and included both separate spa bath and large shower. Balcony view of the Mekong river was a pleasant bonus made for wonderful pics! Breakfast consisted of mainly asian choices which was a big disappointment, cereal would've... More
