Poor service. Simple amenities like proper lock on door keep failing. At night, many pimps trying to solicit customers outside the hotel. The food price is expensive given the quality of the food. It is actually a shoplot turned into a hotel.

Friendly staff (more or less speak English). Rooms are comfortable with large bed. Rooms has large bathroom. Simple breakfast. Be prepared for a very hot room (in april) and then long cooling with air conditioning /electricity in the room work only with key/. In my room inactive safe-deposit box. Rooms (on road side) have a small balcony with climate stations.... More

Me and my boyfriend ended up staying in a twin room since it was significantly cheaper when we booked (for some reason??), but the single beds were so big we could sleep two people in one without it feeling too crowded. The hotel's located in a great area, you can walk pretty much everywhere, or take a tuk tuk for... More

When we arrived the staff was super friendly. There weren't a whole lot of guests in our hotel, or Phnom Penh in general. The room is HUGE. We got the suit with the living room, which was enough room for 3 people. The breakfast is typical Cambodian free hotel breakfast... enough to hold you over until lunch. The rooms are... More

I stayed here for 1 day. I was surprised with the room I booked with Agoda. It was nice, big, and comfortable bed. They have a good staff - kind and warm. The best side of hotel is its location - near to all beautiful attractions that Phnom Pehn have to offer. You can ask Nim a tuktuk driver who... More

my wife and i made the mistake of pre-paying for 4 nights at a "special"price, that was a big mistake and we can understand now why they have that deal, you cannot back out! the only good thing about the hotel was the size of the room. that was good and that is where the good part finishes. when we... We booked this hotel for two nights but we left after the first night. The hotel is located in the red light district of Phnom Penh and situated next to a gentlemans club. Music from the club was at full volume until 0500 then every thirty minutes after this was the Muslim call to prayer at full volume. Staff didn't... More

I ordered taxi and ask 15 min to deliver taxi to the hotel. After 1 hour taxi arrived and taxi driver not agree with the price that we agree with receptionist befor. I almost lost my... More

This is the most pricey of the accommodations we had during our Vietnam-Cambodia-Thailand tour, but I can't really complain because it's the nicest really. We stayed at a triple room & as promised in booking had 3 separate beds, room is also big. Wi-fi signal is strongest in the lobby & it gets cut-off inside the room near the windows... More

Not such a bad place for the money paid but it's right next to a huge sex-hotel and street behind is slams like you've never seen before. Russian embassy with barbed wire and electric fences is a stone throw away, with a huge supermarket just behind it. Had to amend our booking when arrived but staff were not interested one... More
