Arriving at Phnom Penh air port, we scanned the crowd for our per-arranged transfer to To the Ohana. No one was there, but really that was no problem as there were plenty of accredited taxis willing to take us in to town, and at the fare others had suggested. Arriving at The Oana, the reception people were warm, (So was... More

At the beginning of our check in process, the hotel staff appeared friendly enough. Things deteriorated very quickly from there. Firstly, they asked us to fill out some sort of receipt with our name and nationality, and asked for a signature at the bottom -- fairly typical. They said that they would fill in the rest (room number, rate, breakfast... More

This hotel has fairly small rooms (but not by European hotel standards) and the water never warmed up in the bathroom. The pool was really appreciated given the heat in the city. Our tour had pre-booked a traditional Khmer meal for us at the hotel. The food was tasty, and there was lots of it. It's close to the river... More

Stayed 3 nights at this property. The staff were welcoming and pleasant throughout our stay. The room was spacious but tired, unfortunately the mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable. I am unsure if they were having problems with their hot water but most of the showers we had were lukewarm. The safe in the room did not work. Meals were... More

Very disappointed from the time we arrived, we booked two rooms as my husband is a bad snorer, they put us on different floor although I had originally booked in October last year. I asked not to be put on the market side, thats where they put my room, couldn't open the door, airconditioner noisy, safe faulty couldn,t trust it.... More

I would recommend this hotel. Their rooms are very spacious and clean. Everyone on staff, from the housekeeper, host staff, front desk and Manager, were very nice and made us feel very welcomed. This is a nice hotel for the cost. The only advice I would give is that the balcony rooms tend to be loud from the street below... More

Stayed here for five nights. The accommodation was excellent, big rooms with everything including a big flat screen TV, comfortable beds and linens. Position on 148 Street is one of the best as its a no through road so quiet. Its also just a few meters from the river and everything else you need. Staff very attentive and late check... More

In the heart of the city, Ohana is a standard but very comfortable hotel. I would not call it a palace. The rooms are basic, but tidy and comfortable. The air conditioning and staff leave a lot to the imagination. The pool is quite small, yet it is refreshing. I would not recommend breakfast or any meals - venture out... More

I stayed here for 4 nights when I first arrived In Phnom Penh and I found it to be awesome and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and professional. They go out of there way to help you organise trips and activities if you require them to. I found all areas of the hotel to be very clean and... More

I was in Phnom Penh for 2 days. This hotel was excellent - the service was good, the rooms were clean and quiet with decent amenities. They have a nice small pool which was great to hang out by. Demerits: 1. Hotel shower had either scalding or lukewarm water, nothing in between. Friends in the same hotel on a higher... More
