The Hotel is nearly ok for the price although we had far more better hotels for the same price on our trip through Cambodia and Vietnam. The room was dark and the balkony was a desaster. The breakfast was not good and the staff didn't speak basic English very good so it was hard to book tours etc

The location is perfect, close enough to the centre without the noise of the night life. The place is clean with a friendly and helpful staff. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfasts are good and generous. The wifi was working well. We've booked online and they upgraded us for the deluxe room without extra fees, big bedroom, bath... More

I stayed at the guesthouse for 2 and a half weeks, and it was great. best thing was the really hospitable and friendly staff who would go out of their way to help you - like cooking lunch or buying breakfast from outside. The room was cosy and homely..only problem was mine had ants, but I suppose that adds to... More

It was a bad experience. We stayed there for two nights and took a shower for six times, no hot water, not once. The staff did do something about it and there was hot water right after this. But when we took a shower at night, cold water again. The hotel condition is not bad, as well as the breakfast.... More

Our first stay there was in June 2012 and there has been many since then. They have two types of room (standard room of about 35 SQ. M) and some suites that are really big (75 SQ. M. or so). It is true that it is not so easy to cool down the big ones (but, there are two airco... More

We stayed on a one night stop over in Phnom Penh and were well treated. This skinny little place was not very occupied with us ( a couple and friend) and maybe one or two other rooms. It might be different on a busy day, but we felt very taken care of. The reception was nice, helped us with sites... More

We stayed at his hotel and payed 35 USD per night for a double room. The double room had two double beds so maybe you can share it with more people, not sure if they charge more in that case. The hotel and the room looked nice at first sight but were very standard and not special at all at... More

Cambodia is a country of no frills / no luxury - in general. And this place is the perfect example of how you can live at home, away from home. We had the executive room. The bathroom was way too small, and we couldn't fit in properly. The water force is too less. Now the good part, the service is... More

I had an excellent stay here on two separate occasions. I was traveling with my father and we booked a junior suite and requested two separate beds. I guess this wasn't possible, so they automatically upgraded us to an executive suite! It's a huge space that is essentially an apartment--separate bedroom, with a living room, seating area, and a huge... More
