Tried to check-in quite late at night during 1st night of Water festival. Denied all knowledge of my reservation until i found the reservation confirmation they had emailed me on their system. Apologetic and found me a room elsewhere but not a great start and not a hassle needed late at night. more

The hotel is in a good area in Phnom Penh, close to the river and markets, but the rooms were very basic, Chinese style. The towels definitely needed upgrading. more

The location is Indochine 2 biggest selling point: everything is a short walk away. The rooms differ, the small ones with no window are very small and a bit grimm.
