It was my first time in cambodia and I needed to view some locations and was very lost. However, the front desk supervisor was very warm and helpful and helped communicate to the taxi drivers on the directions. She completely went out of her way to help me. Also, I had a massage and a sauna. The Spa facilities there... More

I dont know where these previous positive opinions are coming from. The only thing I could describe as very good was the service. Very friendly staff always smiling and trying to help. The rest is bad or very bad- rooms are big but the equipment is old and very used. The worst thing is the noise- from very old aircondition,... More

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in 2 different rooms.. The rooms are clean, but there are stains on the ceiling, faulty shower heads were not replaced and water didnt flow down the drain hole in one of the room..

City hotel with clean rooms and good service. The hotel has all the amenities. Close to 5 star quality at a medium price range. Good open buffet breakfast. Close to Independence Monument and far from the traffic congested areas.

walk passed by, just went in and tried their food. It was OK and the quality of service and cleanliness was fab. But the price is a bit expensive for me. You can find many other restaurants around the area which the price more cheaper.

We stayed for just one night. The hotel is beautiful and breakfast was nice. Service was fine but not notable one way or another. For the price, many of the boutique hotels in Phnom Penh are just as nice and have far more character. One negative was the kitchen and dance club noise that kept us awake until 2 AM.... More

Rumor has it that this hotel is owned by a prominent military family in the very corrupt Cambodian government, and apparently they opened this hotel knowing very little about the hospitality industry (and it shows). We only stayed at this hotel because my father had booked it online and it was non-refundable. The service and the quality are more on... More

Book through booking.com and stayed there for 2 nights in June 2012 and can't praise enough for the staff from receptionist to waitress. Everywhere we went, we were treated as the VIP. The hotel has very big room with fine comfortable bed. The bathroom is huge with bathtub and separate shower stall. The free wifi work perfectly. Breakfast was good... More
