The staff were all friendly and nice, and the room was clean, so that wasn't an issue. The room was just kind of blah. I did know going into it that we wouldn't have a window, since we didn't want to pay an extra $5. The bed was very uncomfortable, I could feel every spring. The location is on the... More

No major complaints here. Paid USD 57 for 3 nights for a room with a small window. Staff was friendly in general, which could perhaps be due to my girlfriend being a local. Room are clean in general, and had minor issue with the air-con being not quite cold enough. It could also get a bit noisy at night if... More

The Cozyna hotel is in a good location and very cheap. But the room was not good and we had no towels or toilet paper! The ancient fridge sounded like a freight train when we plugged it in. We just stayed one night and it suited as we were only transitting phnom penh.

We got referred to the hotel by a friend, and on arrival we felt it had a good location in between the pubs on the riverside and we even got riverside view rooms (well sort of) but the bedding was horrible and the receptionist could not stop playing games when talking to her or asking her for assistance... could be... BE AWARE!!! PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING AT COZYNA!! WE WE'RE THREATENED THAT WE COULD NOT LEAVE THE COUNTRY AS HE WAVED THE COPY OF OUR PASSPORT. The General Manager & the gentleman that works the front desk are very bad people. We used Agoda to book for Cozyna, when we first arrived the lady was really hospitable & nice. We... More

We stayed in this hotel fortunately for just one night. The standard room, with no window, was really small, with no safety box. We put our valuable things in the safe of the reception, and they made us have a signature on the folder every time we opened it. Good idea. The bathroom was really poor, and cleaning was not... I've stayed here a number of times and never been disappointed. The prices are inexpensive to moderate but the best price for what you get It is across from the river and several doors down from a high end hotel with great western breakfasts- but expensive The hotel is perfectly priced and very clean. Be sure you have soap and... More

Paid $35/night for a balcony room which only had a window overlooking a common balcony. I was quoted $30/night for a real balcony room but got caught up in a problem at checkout and didn't notice that I'd been charged $5/night extra. The hotel has charge card logos on the front entrance but tried twice to refuse to accept a... More

I have stayed at this hotel 20 times over the past 8 years and it is the only place I stay at when in Phnom Penh. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with good facilities / amenities. I always get a river view room with private balcony for about $30 a night. The hotel is well located within easy... More

Great staff the guy on the front desk went out of his way to help me. Room was ok with air con and fairly clean. It's small with no window but honestly fine. Quite dated but suitable for one night stay.
