Paid $35/night for a balcony room which only had a window overlooking a common balcony. I was quoted $30/night for a real balcony room but got caught up in a problem at checkout and didn't notice that I'd been charged $5/night extra. The hotel has charge card logos on the front entrance but tried twice to refuse to accept a... More

I have stayed at this hotel 20 times over the past 8 years and it is the only place I stay at when in Phnom Penh. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with good facilities / amenities. I always get a river view room with private balcony for about $30 a night. The hotel is well located within easy... More

Great staff the guy on the front desk went out of his way to help me. Room was ok with air con and fairly clean. It's small with no window but honestly fine. Quite dated but suitable for one night stay.

Stayed here a couple of times now and while it's certainly not luxurious you'd struggle to find anything anywhere near to the coast of this along the river front so what do you expect?! The cheapest rooms are small with no window but there is a communal balcony and for a few $ more you can get a room with... More

We booked this because it was late and it was one of the first ones we found on the internet. Unfortunatelly pictures showed on booking website did not reflect reality at all. We paid 22$ and room did not even had a window, was very small and stank of cigarettes even though there are signs everywhere not to smoke. Bed... More

Location is perfect, right on the promenade of the mekong. Rooms are very, very small and without a window. Staff is friendly, but charges too much for organizing a bus. Better go book the bus at the offices around.

Originally booked a room at the front of the building for $25. An excellent view of the Tonle Sap and Siswath Quay. Unfortunately I am a light sleeper. The room becomes bright in the morning and the streets become noisy which makes it difficult to sleep in. I requested a change of room further inside the building. There were no... More

A simple hotel located at Riverside, a great location where is easy to access to many places and if you're kind of like to chill out, this will be a great choice. There are lots of bar, restaurants, café along the street. :) Anyway, there is no elevator in this hotel. I was lucky that I stayed at 2nd floor... More

ThE hotel itself is very nice and good value for the price. Our room was on the third floor and there is no lift so that meant climbing 6 flights of grand staira every day. The staff are very friendly and helpful, we rented a cheap scooter through them to visit the killing fields. Tuol Sleng is a good 40... More
