Perfect cleanliness , nice staff. Quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Cosy place to stay! A bit too expensive, but the price is for Phnom Penh probably ok. But: Neighbourhood is very dark and a lot of rubbish on the street. Many homeless people in front of the hotel - no walking around in darkness -please use the tuktuk for your excursions... More

First of all the good stuff, we had a really nice room and the breakfast was lovely. The toilet could have been better with a leaking toilet and a broken shower head but this happened a lot in the hotels we stayed in Cambodia in so I'm going to let them off with that. The service and attention to detail... More

First of all - if you're expecting a hotel, go to Plantation or Pavilion and pay more. This is a guest house, and a very good one at that. Second of all - this place was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was, no kidding, the best hotel breakfast I've had... More

The Boddhi Tree was a lovely retreat in the middle of the city. The space is light and airy; unpretentious, but beautifully decorated, which is a good description of my entire experience there. The staff were incredibly kind and I had no communication problems at all. Additionally, the hotel seems to attract a customer base that is friendly and unpretentious.... More

The hotel is not at the riverfront as many of the most well-known ones in PP, but it is next to the Royal Palace, in a quite street, yet rather safe, since there are guards all around the palace. The place is beautiful and the service is very polite and helpful. This is the only hotel where I saw anti-mosquito... More

I always stay here. The rooms are spacious, the food delicious and the staff welcoming. Reception is upstairs and there is a lovely verandah with fans too. Rooms are not on the ground floor so feel airy and light. Just near the Royal Palace you can walk to the river in 5 minutes and drivers can find it easily too.

Helpful, friendly Spanish manager in a gorgeous boutique guesthouse just a block away from the Royal Palace. Any requests we had were met immediately. Super clean, comfortable bed, great breakfasts each morning, lovely décor - it was the perfect end to our 3 week trip in Thailand and Cambodia. Its location is an example of the stark difference between rich... More

This place can't be faulted. Location, facilities, value, staff, food. It was recommended by a friend from back home who has stayed three or so times. Manuel is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. He is exactly the right person to be operating a hotel. He's charming, helpful and relaxed. It is little wonder everything runs smoothly,... More

This is a wonderful little hotel which I was very lucky to stay at because I'd been upgraded from Umma. Sadly it was only 1 night after a late arrival and with an early departure but I was given extra fruit and breakfast free. Additionally, they arranged with a travel agent to confirm and online check-in my flights as I... More

Charming, small hotel tucked away on quiet street within walking distance of the National Museum and the Royal Palace. Understated elegant decor, clean and comfortable room. Staff was eager to please helpful with directions and arranging transport. I loved sitting with my laptop in the peaceful leafy garden, and on the terrace to my room.
