It is with great disappointment to rate this hotel so harshly. Many of the points are trivial in isolation but very annoying altogether. Based on other reviews, it may be better on the lower floors. Our experience is that it is very over priced for what has been offered to us. We were woken two mornings at around 6am from... More

First time traveler to Cambodia and came across this hotel and got a good deal for a long stay. New hotel so staff are still learning but had great service and beautiful balcony room overlooking the Mekong Riverside. Great bar and breakfast area with views on 8th Floor. Loved it and will return.

Ended up here by chance over Chinese New Year when our first option was full. First impression was good with extremely welcoming front-desk staff who were happy to negotiate a good price and offer friendly advice. Rooms are simple but offer what is needed - comfortable bed, tv, wifi, safe, sufficient shower and all clean. Bar on the rooftop terrace... More

We stayed here and booked 3 rooms. It is a brand new hotel run by someone that has no idea of the hospitality industry. No hot water, some of the bathrooms stunk that much that we couldn't use them. Rooms were newly fitted out so can't say anything bad there and location was really good. Advise one checks out the... More

was a last minute trip and pleased this hotel answered my email within 20min the day before travel; a week later and several just never responded. Rented an upstairs room on side of building, view towards the river where Tonle Sap meets Mekong; no complaints for the price it was fine I'd use the place again. Not a fault of... More

Got a room to get a shower before departing late night. Has a decent bed and TV. shower is in line heater but at least no shock. Bathroom poor because style is shower/toilet combo. Ok for a fresh shower but not a place to stay more than a day unless you really don't care about the room. Did not see... More

If you don't have a problem with rats you might be like this place, if you have a problem with rats go elsewhere. My 2 sisters and I spent the about 4 hours (I kid you not) looking for accommodation in Phnom Penh. We like to arrive somewhere, see accommodation with our own eyes before we book. PP was a... More

My partner and I stayed here for a total of 8 nights @ $18 US Per Night. Room was cleaned every day, tooth paste, water bottles, etc restocked every day. Staff at front desk were very helpful and pleasant. You can also have your laundry done. Great for those of you looking for cheap, no frills accomodation. Found it to... More
