There are river-fronted hotels and then again there are river-fronted hotels, the Quay takes the concept to a higher level. Whether you go for the large suites at the front or the smaller rooms to the rear, you find a chic elegance that runs contrary to the traditional run-down wooden Khmer design you find elsewhere. The location is perfect, right... More

This was our second stay at this hotel and we weren't disappointed. It is a very small hotel with about 16 rooms, half of which overlook the river. We had a room on the top floor overlooking the river with a small balcony. Great for relaxing after trips into the town. The rooms are comfortable, with good facilities and the... More

We booked this hotel a year in advance when we first planned our trip and the reviews at that time were better than they seem to be today. We should have rechecked the reviews closer to our trip, because they all seem to ring true. The location of this hotel is great--right on the river and near to the royal... More

Pros - Central location - Great bathroom with rain maker - Nice roof terrace - large rooms with a great view on the river Tonle Sap Cons - pretentious, tries to be grand but it's actually not - dirty - super noisy like sleeping on the highway - low-quality breakfast - unhelpful and incompetent staff

We booked a standard room which was a mistake. We wanted to upgrade but there was no availability. We had a room at the back which was small with very tiny windows that would not open and literally no natural light. Then we noticed the ants on our bed and insisted on moving rooms. We were given another room at... More

Stayed in front suite. My brother and I had a room each facing the river. The location is good, but the rooms are in desperate need of refurbishing. The musty smell in the rooms from the old carpet are a ridiculous design flaw. Everything is worn. The doors do not have adequate securiety so I used the chair to prop... More

We checked in for a day stay on 18 dec. While the hotel has attempted to be different and a boutique hotel, falls short of expectations. The rooms are spacious and has nice river view. However, bit pricey for the quality. The furnishings are basic, in fact appears lack of maintenance. The wooden furnishings are average. No proper space for placing... More

Great location on Riverside with views from room balcony and great roof top bar and terrace. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Room very well equipped, clean and modern. Good location for all sightseeing and markets and staff always helpful in organising transport and advising on costs etc. Ideal for business or leisure. Would recommend without hesitation.

I didn't stay here but came for sundowners at the rooftop bar based on a recommendation from the hotel I was staying at! Come early and grab a seat at the edge to get a stunning view over the rivers and watch the sun go down. Service was excellent, music was good, basically they got this one right!
