Recommended by our hotel (White Mansion Hotel) we called in to have a drink on the roof terrace - it was happy hour (2 4 1), we had a couple of drinks, the staff were helpful and obliging, the views were great over the river and across to the other restaurants and bars along the Quay. We didn't eat here... More

We live here, and didn't stay in the hotel; but we had drinks and ate on the roof-top terrace. There is a nice bar area at the entrance on the ground floor. Cool white furniture with a long bar; very modern looking and nice. There are 16 rooms in the small hotel, but we only wanted drinks and the view... More

I stay regularly at the Quay hotel (3 times in the last 10 days) as a business traveler. The rooms are very comfortable and staff friendly. Breakfasts are excellent. The hotel is located centrally with many options within walking distance for food. In addition it is ideally located for an early morning run/ walk up and down the river front... More

The Quay Hotel is a fabulous little hotel right at the heart of Phnom Penh's riverside. The "suite" rooms are fantastic, huge and with a full desk for working. The breakfast is a great start to the day, I particularly like the eggs benedict ... at the end of the day the rooftop bar enjoys great river views and the... More

Lovely rooftop bar with lots of space and a good view. Happy hour until 8pm and you can mix the drinks that you choose. The staff were really helpful and the food was great. Was there for a party and would recommend it :)

We stayed at the Quay because we wanted to try a bit more of a luxury hotel for a trip to the city. It was a really good choice, the hotel is near to the palace and river for sightseeing and has a roof top bar. Its a little more expensive than other places that i would normally stay at,... More

There are river-fronted hotels and then again there are river-fronted hotels, the Quay takes the concept to a higher level. Whether you go for the large suites at the front or the smaller rooms to the rear, you find a chic elegance that runs contrary to the traditional run-down wooden Khmer design you find elsewhere. The location is perfect, right... More

This was our second stay at this hotel and we weren't disappointed. It is a very small hotel with about 16 rooms, half of which overlook the river. We had a room on the top floor overlooking the river with a small balcony. Great for relaxing after trips into the town. The rooms are comfortable, with good facilities and the... More

We booked this hotel a year in advance when we first planned our trip and the reviews at that time were better than they seem to be today. We should have rechecked the reviews closer to our trip, because they all seem to ring true. The location of this hotel is great--right on the river and near to the royal... More

Pros - Central location - Great bathroom with rain maker - Nice roof terrace - large rooms with a great view on the river Tonle Sap Cons - pretentious, tries to be grand but it's actually not - dirty - super noisy like sleeping on the highway - low-quality breakfast - unhelpful and incompetent staff
