Booked this hotel through Asia.com.. this was ideal as a gymnasuim, sauna and swimming pool was advertised.. when I arrived the reception staff showed very little interest and said this was a mistake.. They also advertised a restaurant with a full menu of meals.. so materised as a cafe which had one choice at breakfast and two in the evening.... more

I recently booked a three night stay at the hotel through a package deal with Royal Brunei Airlines. It comes with a complimentary breakfast -eggs, sausage and toast with coffee/tea. It's the same menu during the 3 nights stay. The room is spacious and clean, although i felt that it is a bit dated and tired. My only complain is... more

After staying in this hotel for 4 months on a short-term contract for a local company I can tell you that the hotel is average at best: 1. If you are a non-smoker, make sure you stay on the 2nd floor. Reception didnt ask if I was a non-smoker and put me in a 1st floor room which had a... more
