I stayed here for 8 nights and found the room had good facilities and the bed very comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and did surprise me on the night of my birthday with a very delicious cake which was so wonderful to receive, especially when I was travelling alone and away from home. Internet was free as I stayed... More

I stayed at the Centrepoint Hotel for attending a meeting at The Rizqun hotel. I'm gratefull that the hotel alowed me to check in early at 10 am and they upgraded my room. yaaaayyy!!! The room is spacious with full facilities. There is spacious kitchen if you want to cook. The room is clean and cozy. I'm glad that the... More

Clean, featureless, forgettable. Average rooms, comfy bed, good laundry, poor breakfast farcical wifi arrangements. You know it's not good when the breakfast room has plastic chairs! The attached coffee shop with access from the lobby has free wifi and much better coffee so that was the best feature of my two day stay.

Location is great and close to markets and food supplies. Wifi was free but useless. I spoke to the IT manager and he gave me a special access code that would work for one hour. I won't detail the whole saga but if you desperately need the Internet don't rely on this place. Heaps of restaurants in this area but... More

Stayed at the hotel for three nights. The room was very comfortable and clean. And the hotel also served a very good breakfast. The hotel is ideally located for one of the largest shopping malls in the area, and there is also a good sushi restaurant directly across the road. Due to a lack of taxis in Brunei travelling from... The hotel is pretty decent but the location is great with Cafe and some eateries in the area. However the internet is a killer that a 24 hour internet access cost B$40. when you can get it usually for free and you cant log it off. the slip given to you or the login it page will say " ONCE... More

I've been staying at this hotel for the past few trips to BWN. Service is good, the rooms are clean and staff are helpful. To add on there's a supermarket in the same building (entrance via the 2nd floor). There are restaurants aplenty around the hotel from fast food to coffee stalls and sit down eateries. The only down side... More

Brunei is an expensive place, and this hotel is no exception. Prices for extras like Internet are sky high, Breakfast is mediocre and friedlyness of staff is avarage. On the other side, the hotel has its perks: it is embedded into a mall with plenty of food oportunities and a supermarket. And the Coffe Bean and Tea Leaf just in... More

The rooms we had felt old and unmaintained. Had to pay $40 a day for WiFi?? Pretty outrages when most decent hotels give it for free. Most staffs in general weren't courteous except the cheerful burly manager at the front desk. My grandma and aunt was given a two single bed room with just a bathtub and she couldn't climb... More
