Location of the hotel is good, surrounded by shopping centre, fast food, restaurants and coffee shop! Hotel looks old but its really clean and comfortable. I had a really good sleep here. Breakfast was simple. Didn't get a chance to use any facilities in the hotel.

We stayed here for one night, as part of a stopover organised by the airline.I upgraded to a Junior Suite. Our expectations weren't high, as we understood that Gadong is a commercial/ shopping district and has no real tourist interest. Our room was like an ice chest and the controls failed to respond to anything, even the attempt to turn the... It was a pleasant and smooth stay. I requested for late check-in and airport transfer due to late flight. The staff on duty was professional and the check-in was smooth although we arrived around midnight. The suite room was spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was good and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall and few... More

The location is quite good, most rooms overlook the Gadong shopping area, some restaruants are also nearby. The room was quite large but worn down, especially the bath/shower. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, bit limited selection during the week.

Nice hotel but poor service let it down. The room was large with a view across Gadong area. Comfortable bed, the shower leaked from above the showerhead, nice big bathtub, tv with 2 movie channels & little bit of other cable. Breakfast was the usual buffet affair, nice but nothing special. Majority of food was cold, however, & I'm not... More

My room was nice. Big room, big bed, bath tub... But that's all I have good to say. The service is shocking, have had to ask for a towel 5 times before it was brought. There is only one tiny gym, no squash court which is advertised and I don't know where the elusive badminton court is... Tried to book... More

My ticket with brunei airlines came with an overnight package and breakfast in this hotel. At first I thought it was just an ordinary transit hotel as I got it for really cheap but was surprised with the size of hotel - could be five stars for a country like Brunei! Flashy reception and the rooms are larger than expected.... More

On my business trip in Brunei, I was booked into Centrepoint Hotel. It is located at Gadong area about 20 minutes from the Airport. It is within walking distance to shopping malls and eateries. The Deluxe room I stayed in is spacious, well furnished complete with room amenities and free wireless internet connection. On the first night, there was a... More

Location is great as there is a jollibee and coffee bean at the hotel lobby. Beside the hotel, there's supermarket, macdobalds and many other food outlets. Room is dated but clean and huge. Room comes with a separate dinning area with a kitchen and laundry room. Basic room amenities like shampoo, bath gel & hair dryer are provided. Wifi connection... More
