This hotel has a fantastic location--very quick walk to all the major attractions. Front desk staff was extremely helpful about any questions we asked them, or anything we needed. Well... The reception staff were polite but that's about it. An absolute dump, worn out and dirty. Take your pick of rooms from: 1-The front of the hotel and be kept awake by traffic and music. or 2-Have one on the back and you can watch ladyboy hookers doing their thing. more

The smell of mould in the carpet and in the room was so overpowering that after half an hour in bed I moved my pillow into the corridor and spent the night there. The great thing about this hotel is that it's right in the middle of evertyhing. It's very close the the big Omar Ali Saifuddien mosque (one of the must visit for tourist), to Kampung Ayer (another must visit for tourist), and right next to bus station. Very convenient if you need to catch the purple bus (no 1) to Gadong... more

Stayed a night during the weekday. The only thing going for this hotel is that it is located in town and that it's relatively cheap. But come nightfall, there is only the 24hr coffee shop that is a 5 minutes walk away to look forward too. The service is average, the breakfast not good and tasteless. The rooms are standard... more

The only thing this hotel has going for it is it is in central Bandar Seri Begawan and the room rate is not very expensive. Rooms are old and dingy, Restaurant is very average, Staff are not very helpful and the area its actual location is very poor. more
