I stayed in a single room, it has nice bed fit for a couple, bathroom is clean and good. Toiletries provided were good, towels clean, room was pleasant, looked full of positive energy. The staffs, housekeeping and restaurants... More

We changed 3 hotels before we found this one. Service was excellent! I got sick during the trip and the staff were accommodating and caring. Free airport transport and cheap car hire. Staff were extremely friendly and professional

Not always so easy to locate, but friendly, helpful with long term management and staff. Some rooms have great views of rare copses of trees, and even the lake, although that is rather spoilt by pollution. All the little problems that such small hotels have from time to time, like the one lift breaking down, but the atmosphere, with many... More

The staff and services were excellent. I stayed twice during same trip and each time complementary airport transfer services were provided. The room was upgraded without extra charges with spacious bed room, separate living room etc. The erooms are old so is the entire building and rooms need a bit more cleaning specially the carpet flooring. But the service is... More

Hotel upgraded me to a junior suite on the highest floor: a living room, bathroom and sleeping room. I had a view on the nearby river. Bed is quite hard. Decoration is lacking. But the rooms are spacious and clean, and everything worked. Usually the internet connection was quite good. Hotel staff is really friendly and helpfull; with the usual... More

At first things seemed to go bad. Despite them promising to pick me up at the Airport, no one was there. Checking in was friendly and OK. I was tiered after a 36h travel day from Europe. Then I found out that my flight had been canceled (United Airways BD - not reliable at all!). The clerk immediately called his... More

This place may not be so appealing from outside or from inside..but one thing that makes this place unique is hospitality..the genuine concern for guests that is evident in every staff at this hotel makes it so different from the best 5 star hotels in the city and this includes the owner of the hotel..in fact everyone of them at...
