Needed to be in Dhaka for the first time to open up some new business opportunities. My travel agent booked me into a regular 5 star hotel, however my prospective client suggested the RPR as somewhere they always recommend for their guests. Genius suggestion. I have no idea where it actually is, as Dhaka is a bit of a chaotic... More

It was a pleasure to stay once again at the Royal Park Residence hotel during my recent visit to Bangladesh. Newly refurbished rooms, particularly in 5 th floor is much better when compared with rooms few years back. Facilities in the newly refurbished rooms are very high standard. Free WIFi facility in the rooms is very convenient and it works... More

Nice rooms. Good is also good. Except the breakfast get repetitive if you stay for more than three days. Gym is small but clean. Pool is clean. Restaurant is very nice. Good buffets displayed during my stay. No noise at night even though it's in city.

The Royal Park Residence Hotel in Dhaka is nice but I felt that its not worth the price they are charging. First and foremost access to the hotel is difficult are its bang in a residential complex, moreover its far from the airport and city centre. Rooms are neat and looked renovated but the smell of paint always lingers on... More

Even though this hotel is located in business hub of Bangladesh but the street is very unknown to most of public transport vendors, had a tough time to search for this small street always so make sure you get a proper land mark. Rooms are good and staff is very cooperative but they have just maintained culture targeting only Srilankan... More

A luxurious, business boutique hotel with friendly staff, excellent food and an ambient feel gets this place 10 points on a scale of ten from me! I got to find out that the hotel is 100% owned by a Sri Lankan and run by two as well. These days its undergoing refurbishment totally but the work doesn't really get in... More

Have been staying in this hotel for the past 7 years. Each stay used to be around a week or more. A good hotel. You feel at home no doubt. Good food. Good ambience, except the AC is too high bcoz the indoor air handling unit faces right on your face.

The hotel has very reasonable rates for Dhaka where normally hotels are very expensive. Staff is friendly but rooms are small and noisy, probably will get better when they finish renovation works. WiFi is quite good. The food in the restaurant is good but short selection

One of the most economical options in Dhaka, though the cost is low, the service isn't. Friendly staff, mouth-watering cuisine and a complementary airport pick-up and drop are additional reasons for staying here. The only challenge is the renovation works taking place in the fifth floor. Once the works are completed, I'm sure the hotel quality will further improve.

The rooms are definitely smallish, about half the size of what I had been consistently getting throughout Asia. AC cools only the bed area, leaving the bathroom area about 10F warmer. TV service often disrupted, just a snowy screen. Frequent power outages, but they did not last long. Bed was okay...semi-supportive, but not very comfortable...could feel the springs. Hallways are...
