nice small hotel with a superb location. it's very hard to find a silent place in downtown Baku. Well. Metropol did by locating itself on the second floor which was converted to the hotel property. Previously it used to be a department store. Make sure you dine at the Taboo fusion restaurant located at the premises. Tasty but expensive. more
