We were directed to this hotel by Swan Hotel, which was full, as Bristol Hotel is their dependance. Bristol Hotel is a small hotel located on the second floor of a historic building right in the center of town. The enterence is at the back side, but the rooms look down on the pedestrian area right next to the literature... More

Bristol hotel is located just along the pedestrian district leading to the Fountain Park. It is located at the 2nd floor above a restaurant, but the entrance is just around the corner. Staff is friendly and very willling to help you out with any requests. Breakfast is served in a smallish room near reception. Breakfast itself is quite OK, and... More

Hotel Bristol in Baku is really well located, just a few minutes from all the sights and restaurants of Baku. The staff are extremely friendly – they let us check in early when we arrived on the Tbilisi-Baku train at 9am, and were very helpful organising reasonably priced drivers for a tour to Qobustan and also for our taxi ride... Bristol Hotel is in an exceptional location, right in the very centre of Baku. It's modern and clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast - a selection of local breads, cheeses and ham alongside western equivalents, so there should be something for everyone. Good tea and coffee too, and they also have hard boiled eggs some days,... More

The story starts again with Swan. Until now it was my preferred hotel in Baku and if I had the chance I was choosing it. Few days ago I had to fly out from the country and some additional issues to arrange in Baku, so I tried to make a reservation in Swan. It seems that also others prefer it,... More

Some previous reviews don't cast this hotel in the best light, but our experience was excellent. The hotel is hidden from the street and accessible via a doorway just off of Fountain Square. The entrance to the building is bright orange, but KEEP WALKING. The staff are very helpful and will run to your aid to carry your baggage. The... More

We arrived here not knowing what to expect (and thankfully the taxi driver knew where he was going) and weren't all that sure it was actually a hotel as we walked into a non descript entrance and up a flight of stairs but we soon arrived at the entrance to the Bristol Hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The staff were... More

I’m amazed that some reviewers have made reference to the entrance of this wonderful little boutique style hotel in the heart of Baku. Its entrance for goodness sake and I've never yet seen one with a bed in it! If you’re after a glitzy marble entrance and staff who’ll open your car door and tip their hat in your direction... More

The location is the best, quite but very central. Rooms are very clean, lots of light, spacious, very high ceilings, modern style. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You will love it but just need to be a lil flexible. It's a new hotel and they are constantly working on improving the guest experience. I stayed in end October, maybe... More

I find it hard to understand some of the quibbles about this hotel. "There's a spot of waste ground next door..." Well, yes, but the fine Fountain Square, the magnificent Old City and the bracing sea front are each within two minutes' walk. The welcome is warm, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the price... More
