Selection of food in the restaurant is not what was expected in a 5 star hotel. The housekeeping is generally average, linen needs to be looked into. The receptionists are helpful. The hotel needs a bit of a make over. Thanks More

A reasonable hotel, but would not call it luxury, like it wants to look. The staff was friendly, and quite efficient. Breakfast choice - reasonable, but not so tasty. The rooms are big and clean, but badly need renovation and redecoration. Great variety of TV channels. Very bad communication: Got free wired Internet, but of very low quality. Could surf... More

The Grand Hotel Europe is a 9 storey hotel which offers a reasonable standard of accommodation. It is approximately 30 minutes from the airport, which costs around $50, so be prepared for a city that is not a cheap one to stay in. Beers in the night club next to the hotel were around $8 for a bottle of local... More

Stayed two nights for business. Check in were helpful. Wallpaper peeling off the walls, carpet rumpled and badly worn, leaking water in bathroom. Little choice at breakfast buffet - very limited selection. Arrived very late the first night, and as I was out all day and leaving early the third day did not have time to complain. Was provided with... More

The convenience of the Europe's location for business colleagues to pick me up was the only reason for originally choosing it. As others have said, there are better hotels for the price, but I've stuck with it for 10 or more visits over the past three years and become used to the shabby appearance of its rooms and the awfulness... You have many better choices in Baku than this hotel. First, the room was dirty, tired and poorly lit. The wall paper was peeling off. The bathroom was unsanitary, the toilet never stopped running. The carpets we stained and dirty. The bed, was OK, but not a king, just 2 twins pushed together, so it had a crack in the... More

Dear Guest, the Grand Europe Hotel is now totally renovated. With our refreshed rooms, our Fitness and Spa Center and with our Capones Bar we are up to date for our Guests. Your Comment about a female customer entering our hotel is maybe your thought but certainly no content for a guest review of a hotel. You may think how... More

Spent two nights in June 05. Modern hotel located about 30 minutes from the airport. 24 hour bar that serves food and drinks with menu in English. Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Live music (piano, violin) during dinner. Breakfast buffet good with cooked to order eggs and selection of meats, cheeses, and fruits. Fitness center is very good with... More
