Very close to old city, super value for money, nice and helpful staff, comfortable beds, big room, decent breakfast, very silent at night. Address on Google maps may be misleading. Same street but Hotel is located 50 meters further.

Confortable, clean and with friendly staff. Quiet rooms. Wifi works properly. Located in a strategic point (5 min walk to the Old City and to the nearest metro station). Basic breakfast but with an outstanding omelette! Family environment. Cheap. Definetely recommended!

I booked this hotel together with my e-visa via Azterra Travel. The room was small, had no view to speak of, but was in all other ways, pretty wonderful. The bed was comfortable, the wifi was fast, the breakfast was small but filling, and the staff were excellent. The young lady who was on reception most days (sorry, I didn’t... More

I was worried when I read the previous review about the hotel being closed, but it seems there was a change of management about the time the previous reviewer visited the hotel. Anyway, the Swan Hotel, with its new management, is still (June 29th) delivering excellent service in a spotless environment. Front desk staff are fluent in English and given... More

We booked this hotel several months ago. We communicated several times via email with the hotel owner. Never did he indicate that "The Swan" was closed or will close. Today (April 11), we arrived in Baku to find a note taped to the hotel door, telling us that "all reservations are relocated to the "Maestro Hotel" (across the street). The... More

Can't fault the hotel on anything. Clean rooms. Good shower. Great breakfast. Easy walk to the wall of the old city. Friendly people. Decent WiFi Internet. The name of the hotel is not on the building or entrance but just ring the bell.

This is a small hotel on a human scale in central Baku. Helpful, English speaking staff, fast free wireless internet, excellent breakfast. The hotel arranged efficient, competitive priced airport transfers. Large clean comfortable rooms. I can recommend this hotel if you want an efficient place to stay on a human scale.

One of the coziest places to live - for a hotel. Nice domestic atmosphere, you can even cook your own dinner, use the kitchen, coffee all day, tea, superb service. I would definitely return again. My regards to a nice hotel staff there.

Small, quiet hotel, friendly staff, desk, fridge and reliable wifi, always has a pot of coffee on the go, access to the kitchen if you want to prepare a snack. Conveniently located, edge of city centre, 10 minutes to Içerisheher Metro. Great breakfasts, with home pastries and dishes to order. Can arrange airport pickups, and pretty much anything else you... Swan is small, clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. It has a good location- very close to Baku Old City, seaside and Funicular ( Flame Towers) If you stay here you will not regret it. Recommend this budget hotel😊 Baku City is amazing itself😊
