We stayed in this hotel for a total of four nights during an Ornithological trip. It is Soviet block in appearance and was probably last renovated during that period. The rooms, though very spacious, do require attention. Fixtures and fittings are dated, especially in the Bathrooms. Few Toiletries available. The main Carpet is rarely cleaned and there was a pervasive... More

Located above a park and sited next to the Presidential palace, Hrazdan has a wonderful location overlooking the Hrazdan river valley, yet near enough to the centre of the city to reach restaurants and shops. First impressions are very good. The well maintained front garden with its swimming pool was even being used as a film location on one occasion.... More

Although, my trip was not in proper season of this city and, some facilities of hotel like pool and outdoor cafe were not useable but, hospitality of staff and quiet atmosphere was enough for satisfaction. Hereby, I wanna congratulate to management for these staff and, wish her more success. Especially, I most thanks to Gayane, Zara, Olga and Elen and... More

This hotel was a disappointment. Our spacious 11th floor corner room with spectacular views of the city was tired and in need of a major refurbishment. The carpet was stained, worn and burnt in places and the lounge furniture was in a similar condition. Our beds were a nightmare with springs protruding through the matresses. Thankfully, they were marginally better... More

We bought this hotel from Italy, having read that in Yerevan there were about 40 degrees, we thought the pool, after a sightseeing tour around the city, would have liked. But in Armenia, it was a long weekend and the swimming pool (open to outside guests) was always crowdy. In addition to being full, both children and adults continued to... More

We stayed here twice during our visit to Yerevan. The rooms are very good with air-con, flatscreen tv's (with CNN, BBC, Eurosport, MTV, etc) and a nice shower. The pool is very nice especially after walking around Yerevan all day. The pool cafe serves some descent food although not to special. The breakfast is pretty awful but this was basically... More

4 days of spending in 11 floor we enjoyed a nice view of both Hrazdan river and a complete view of city monuments, it is far from city center but you could get there by a taxi cost 600 AMD, receptionist are helpful and nice. Rooms are calm and swimming pool has nice atmosphere. You surely enjoy your breakfast and... More

Stayed here at the beginning and end of our holiday and we were lucky both times to have views of Mt Ararat. The rooms are large and comfortable but tired. There's a good variety of food in the dining room and helpful staff throughout the hotel. It's about a 30 minute walk to the city centre but plenty of taxis around. There's a... Globally speaking, this hotel is a safe choice. It is not located in the loveliest part of town (Yerevan is slightly chaotic but has real charm of its own). The area is safe and quiet, but the whole Hrazdan gorge could have much more charm with proper planning. While walking to the hotel is not very easy either, there are... More
