A beautiful building in a splendid setting, splendid rooms and general service - particularly an older doorman - a mine of information. Badly let down by restaurant staff and facilities. Cold plates and lukewarm food everyday for a week!! There are better value hotels in Yerevan, but unfortunately in not such nice settings. more

I stayed here for three nights on a recent business trip to Yerevan. The location is just fantastic (on Republic Square and close to shops and restaurants, etc). The hotel itself is very nice - it's not a plush, deluxe 5 Star, but it is good for the price. However, what really makes it outstanding is the service from staff.... more
