I have been a guest at Anahit's place in end november last year. It's a very special place with a personal touch. It is not suited for people who prefer an 5 star hotel chain, but for people who like personal contact with locals. Anahit is an amazing hostess and has a lot of things to tell and to advise... Anahit - the hostess - welcomed me and my partner to stay for a night, we arrived pretty late in the evening without reservation, but all was well. In the morning we were provided with a light breakfast, a nice chat and a ton of useful information. I can really recommend this home-stay if you are looking for a relaxed-homey-place,... More

Anahit's flat is located right in the centre of Yerevan-it couldn't be more convenient. The flat is huge, in a beautiful historic block of flats with a lot of charme (paintings, high ceilings, balcony, wooden floors etc), clean bathrooms and a friendly Yorkshire terrier who's always up for playing. While I wouldn't really call it a B&B (breakfast consists of... More

This is a true homestay! Anahit (the host) welcomed us with open arms in her home, a spacious apartment in the very center of Yerevan. There are several rooms available depending on your privacy needs and availability. There is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and you will easily meet other travellers to chat about travel experiences over a coffee in... More

The apartment is fairly shaby in general and does not live up to the 6000 AMD/night price tag. The 'breakfast' included consists of some stale and dry cookies and fairly bad turkish coffee. There is no privacy and the sheets are dirty, it's much more like a cheap hostel dorm then a guesthouse. The apartment is in a central location,... More

I stayed in Yerevan during the 100th anniversary of the start of the Armenian Genocide, and was very lucky to find a room at Anahit's! The location couldn't be better, the facilities and prices are good, and Anahit and is tremendously helpful to everyone that stays with her. She went so far as to help me find onward travel and... My husband and I came to Armenia in April 2015 for a two week honeymoon. We stayed with a Anahit for 5 days and had a great stay. The location is perfect - right in the center of town and close to everything. The home is cozy with plenty of room. My husband and I stayed in a private room... More

We had a great time staying with Anahit! She was so accommodating and hospitable, and would love to stay here again. She helped us arrange some trips out of Yerevan, including transportation. We sat around most nights talking about the history of Armenia. So incredibly convenient and walkable to everything within the city center.

Staying at Anahit’s place was the nicest part of our trip to Armenia. Anahit is a very friendly person who shall welcome you with open arms. At the budget price, you’ll have a chance to stay in the most central area of Yerevan where all most important sites are just within walking distance. Should you plan to visit other places,... More
