The best things about this hotel are it's location and the friendly service. Although our room was not perfectly clean (I dislike dirty carpets attahed to the floor), it had a large balcony and a small fridge. The service was something that we were particularly surprised by- all the employees are friendly, neat, speak English and Russian and are always... More

I stayed here with a small group recently and found it to be very welcoming - the staff couldn't do enough for us, and took care of members of our group who were a little unwell. The location is perfect - just a very short stroll from Republic Square and close to numerous restaurants. I agree with others that the... More

Agree with many travelers that it's in a very good location only few minutes walk city main square yet its quite. However, the rooms are not so well maintained. I stayed there for 6 days for business trip with two other colleagues and this hotel was booked by other colleague. The room #201 assigned to me first night was terrible... More

Right in central Yerevan in a super location just by Republic Square, Hotel House is a great place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city. All facilities (including, thankfully, air conditioning!) were in good shape and the rooms were nicely done up. The staff in particular were very helpful and accommodating, going the extra... More

Hotel House is a small but very comfortable and accommodating place. It is situated in a very good location, near Republic Square, but also near many stores, cafes, and restaurants. The staff is also very kind, welcoming, and sociable. My room was cleaned daily and I also had air-conditioning, free wi-fi, and an outdoor patio with a beautiful view. A... More

The hotel is in a quiet location, while only 2 minutes walk from the very city center. The atmosphere is cosy, breakfast offers a rather large choice. Staff is helpful and flexible. All in all, I only stay here when on a business trip in Yerevan.

The view was so good specifically in winter. The rooms were a bit cold and it was't the matter of the hotel. The weather was so... More

We have recently returned from a two week stay in Yerevan, Armenia. We had difficulty in finding a suitable Hotel - however, Visit Armenia contacted us to say they had booked Hotel House for us. Obviously, not knowing what it was like we did not know what to expect. Even on our first day we realised that this was a... More

This hotel is actually the former Georgia's ambassy. It's located perfect in downtown Yerevan with everything nearby. The hotel is placed in a quiet street with no trafic and it's quiet, very clean with nice interior. We really liked the lovely breakfast and the good service. They even have a little backyard where you can enjoy your morningcoffee. The staff is... More
