Location is very bad, breakfast is bad, rooms and cleaning good. It is new hotel in yerevan but so far than city centre. Near this hotel hasn't restaurants, bars and market. You pay a lot of money for go to city.

We staid in this hotel for 5 nights during New year. The hotel is a good one, the staff is very helpful and kind, breakfast is very good with different dishes. Everything is good besides the location. But anyhow the price is good compared with those in the center of the city. Our impressions are excellent connected with this hotel.... More

Stayed there for about a week and the hotel itself is very nice (great food, service, rooms etc.) but the location was horrible. Taxis rarely know how to get there, there's public transportation that passed by the hotel but they don't operate at night so it's a pain to get back to the hotel if you're staying out a little... Yes it is a bit far from the downtown, yes some of the taxi drivers doesn't know the "new name" of that area..it was known as "the third village": "yerrort kuygh" and now it is called Silikyan District! But the staff is helpful and you have a view on the Ararat Mountain

We stayed one night in this hotel and changed it in the next morning .The location is in nowhere ,somewhere like in the middle of desert ,far far from downtown. The staff are horrible and useless.Wi fi only in lobby and everything even refrigerator (NOT MINI BAR !) is by charge. And don't trust their ads about swimming pool it's also... More

The location is a major drawback. It's 15 minutes drive to downtown and three outta four cab drivers didn't know the place! I even gave them the hotel card with hotel address written on it both in Armenian and Russian languages ... but in vain ! The hotel itself was so-so too. Our room (#231) faced a wall and had... Make sure you get the name of this hotel and street listed in Russian or Armenian script if coming from the airport or centre by taxi as not all of them know the location. The hotel is equidistant from the city centre and airport and in that way it's convenient. Having arrived, the stay was worthwhile. A licenced taxi from... More

Certainly one of the best hotels in Yerevan. Thank you very much for your kind reception and warm hospitality. Besides Royal Plaza, this is second hotel in Yerevan I feel very comfortable with my room and looking for stay in Royal Palace in near future.

i am an experienced world traveler of mature years, picky on hotels (but not overly so), who does much advance research on my travels, including the accommodations, and therefore is rarely really disappointed in them. this was a last minute choice. surprise - a great hotel. very new new new internatinal, not a "local color" place !! lavish lobby and... The hotel is located in a neighborhood quite far from the center of the city, not all taxi drivers know how to get to it. There's nothing around: no restaurants, no shops. It's not pleasant to go out for a walk, and at night there's not much lights. The restaurant of the hotel doesn't seem to be open, so if... More
