Stayed at the hotel for two nights and was very pleased overall--they let me check in early, room had a nice view and good WiFi connection, and the bed was very comfortable. Ha Van is centrally located on a small side street, an easy walk to Louisiane Brewhouse. We must have had the same room as a previous reviewer--ours had a broken sink pipe too.
