My stay in the Bao Dai's Villas was the best experience ever. The hotel located in a very nice area along the coastal line with beautiful beach and perfect view. The rooms there are big, clean, and comfortable. There are two restaurants, one is on the hill and one is down the beach. Food at the two restaurants were delicious.... More

History buffs will love the feel of history in the rooms of the older building that included the bedroom and offices of Bao Dai, the last emperor of Vietnam. The villas (there are separate buildings) are outside of Nha Trang on a high promontory overlooking the bay and offshore islands. When the wind blows at night, you can almost hear... More

Furthest from the town centre, Bao Dai's Villas are 6km south of the train station. The Spa-cious top-end rooms are classic, with high ceilings, huge bathrooms and prime views of the bay, though are perhaps not worth the price tag. This is where Vietnam's rul-ing elite has rested itself since the days of French rule. There's a private beach below the hotel... For locals, it is well-known as Bao Dai Palace used to be the home of King Bao Dai. I found its architecture very unique with the combination of Western and Oriental art which brings the harmony of work, garden and nature there. I just went sight-seeing there, but I really want to have a chance to stay at this villa... More

If you are looking for a special experience and and are interested in history and architecture, a tranquil private beach and a lovely old French garden you should choose the Bao Dai Villas 5 Kilometers from Nha Trang. This former emperors Palace is unique, untouched from time. The rooms are huge. The furniture has not changed much over the time.... More

Hi, We stayed at this villa for the second time and still had no regrets. The villa is government owned and that says it all. Breakfast was terrible, staff in the restaurant was rude and abrupt. It's a real pity, the villa is in a great location if you like peace and quiet. We got a 'deluxe' room upstairs in... More

We booked this hotel through our tour agent. Due to the number of rooms needed for our group and it was just after tet, most hotels dont that much rooms available, so my cousin recommended bao dai's villas(looks good on the internet). Anyways, when we arrived to this hotel...the first thing was they requested on increase on the room rate... More

We booked two nights at Bao Dai Villas but we only stayed for one. We payed 60USD and got a ok room, very big, clean and with a seaview but the interior was outdated, terrible lamps (hospital-style), and hardly and water at full "speed" in the bath. Breakfast was another disaster. When we got the the resturant at 8am (they... More

This hotel should rate as a 1-star hotel. The standard 2 beds room is very small. I think it just for one person rather than for 2 persons. There was a 19 inch TV. Make sure the bevarage put in your room match with the inventory sheet. Breakfast is not good. Not much. I will not come back to this... More

Stayed at Boa Dai Villas for 2 nights in March 07. They villa's are in a very bad state of repair and are very dated. The first room we had didn't have a window, the next one we stayed in did have a window but was very pokey and the bathroom didn't have a shower (just a bath). The other... More
