a large multi use hotel in central nha trang -- near restaurants, shopping (it has its own mini mall?!) and with very close access to beach... rooms are clean with comfortable beds; bathrooms clean as well; front rooms have beach view which can prove quite spectacular at sunrise (if you're up early of course)... staff wonderful; and if you missed... My room was booked by the company at an amazingly reasonable rate for a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately I was not convinced that the hotel is at that category by my real-life experience. The hotel is too old and old-fashioned while the service is just so so - nothing impressed. This may be one of the choice if you travel... More

Located in a good spot on Tran Phu street. Hotel has potential, but needs some renovation and updating. Hotel is across the street from the beach and provides lounge chairs to hotel guests. Next door to Nha Trang Center where you can do any shopping you need to do. Hotel at one time I'm sure was spectacular but now needs... More

The room is small, the AC is not quite good and bed don't have blanket, just sheet. Breakfast buffet is average. Some staff seems to be not friendly and willing to help at all, espcially the female staffs. NEVER use the massage here, they require you to pay the tips even more than the price of the massage. The only advantage... More

This modern hotel is located just across the street from the beach. (I was able to watch the beachgoers and the waves coming in from my room) Although others had problems with some of the amenities here, I personally found the hotel staff friendly and helpful. The restaurants had various quisines and the food was excellent. I recommend the morning... More

We had a nice 3 day staying there with family. Everything is good. By the way, I see no enthusiasm from staff. Maybe because they had to serve so many people. I hope everything will be perfect next time ... Maybe comeback

Do not stay here!!! We had a massage (which was terrible)and the staff demanded a 100,000 dong tip from each of us and would not us leave the salon until we paid. I was threatened that if I did not pay the 100,000 dong tip, the girl's friend would follow me to my hotel room to get it. During the... More

Tipping is a reward for services rendered, but here they talk behind you and requesting a tip that even more than the price of the massage itself. They thought we don't understand what they are saying...they even judge you on how you look. The room NEVER stay at level 1 & 2, because the bedding are different to level 3+... More

This hotel is in a good position although a little far away from the true centre where lots of resteraunts and the market are. Found the staff friendly and helpful, although the female staff could learn how to smile a bit! Then again if you had to deal with grumpy sour faced russians all day maybe you would be grumpy... When I read some of the reviews I wondered if we were at different hotel, we were quite happy with our room looking over the sea and had no problems with the staff and as far as the cleaning staff are concerned they were great, never missed a thing.. Now we went to breakfast at different times and never had... More
