I stayed here for 2 nights as part of a 15-night tour of Vietnam. The room was spacious, with a fantastic view of the ocean. Apparently all of the sea view rooms have twin beds rather than doubles. This didn't bother me as a single traveller but some of the couples in my group didn't appreciate having to make a... More

Having read all the negative reviews, I was prepared for the worst, and was pleasantly surprised. The lobby is awful - an enormous, ugly space. Receptions was anything but friendly and the "welcome" drink tasted like Tang - horrible. But - our room was lovely, bright and spacious. The restaurant and bar have absolutely NO character, and although they are... More

this hotel is well located close to the beach with sea views and large rooms but it lacks any atmosphere. Many facilities such as the gym and jacuzzi were not available during our stay and the staff were less than friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on the 11th floor but on both occasions I visited it was deserted... More

The hotel is well located- across the road from the beach (which was very crowded when I was there) and close to shops and restaurants. The standard room that I stayed in was spacious and clean. The wifi was terrible and there were continual power outages during my stay. There was a very good rooftop pool and there was a... More

I have been here with a group of friends and we booked 2 rooms. Let's start off with the Wi-Fi connection. It was slow! Sometimes it can be very quick and most of the time there is literally no signal whatsoever. In my personal opinion, I think poor Wi-Fi connection is probably the strongest downside of this hotel. I have... More

I arrived in a small group tour and have been very pleased with my room, the location and the breakfast buffet. I have a spacious room with a king-sized bed, fabulous beach and ocean views, nice furniture and better-than-average amenities. My room is not at all "tired" or in need of updating. I am an experienced world traveler, so I... More

a large multi use hotel in central nha trang -- near restaurants, shopping (it has its own mini mall?!) and with very close access to beach... rooms are clean with comfortable beds; bathrooms clean as well; front rooms have beach view which can prove quite spectacular at sunrise (if you're up early of course)... staff wonderful; and if you missed... My room was booked by the company at an amazingly reasonable rate for a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately I was not convinced that the hotel is at that category by my real-life experience. The hotel is too old and old-fashioned while the service is just so so - nothing impressed. This may be one of the choice if you travel... More

Located in a good spot on Tran Phu street. Hotel has potential, but needs some renovation and updating. Hotel is across the street from the beach and provides lounge chairs to hotel guests. Next door to Nha Trang Center where you can do any shopping you need to do. Hotel at one time I'm sure was spectacular but now needs... More

The room is small, the AC is not quite good and bed don't have blanket, just sheet. Breakfast buffet is average. Some staff seems to be not friendly and willing to help at all, espcially the female staffs. NEVER use the massage here, they require you to pay the tips even more than the price of the massage. The only advantage... More
