We stayed here for 7 nites in June as part of our honeymoon. We got upgraded to a Delux Seaview Villa(which only had a partial seaview) but we were literally about 25 steps from the beach anyway. The villa was big enough for 2, with 4 bed poster, big mosquito net, TV, mini-bar, and good air-con(which we were very thankful... more

Although the hotel is on the main road and the vietnamese drive with their hand on the horn all the time our stay was fantastic The staff could not do enough nothin was too much trouble One problem was the americans who expect this sort of hotel to be child friendly and no one should smoke within 50 metres of... more

My wife and I stayed here for 6 days in March. We'd done some travelling beforehand so this was our relaxing part of the holiday, honeymoon actually. We managed to get a beachfront villa which was fantastic, which was just what we wanted. The hotel itself is very well kept and the staff are fantastic. Extremely friendly and helpful to... more

Awful, expensive and horrible mosquito bites. It will definitely ruin your vacation if you are not looking to pay top dollar for awful food and get bitten my mosquitos. The biggest mistake on my trip is my stay at Ana Mandara. I paid $270 USD a night and the minute I got into my room, I could not wait to... more

We stayed at here for 5 nights at the end of our tour of Vietnam in February 2009. The hotel have their own desk in the airport. They meet you even before you have collected your bags from the carousel then take you and your luggage out to your transport. You are then given cold towels and a bottle of... more

We recenlty stayed at the Ana Mandara. The staff were fantastic. Helpful at every corner. As soon as we arrived, we were treated to welcome drinks and free back and scalp massages during our check in. How better can you start a beach holiday? The room (garden villa) was quiet (we couldn't hear road noise with the AC on) and... more

Just returned from 4 days at this resort. We have lived in Asia for more than 20 years and stayed at many resorts . The location of Ana Mandara is quite a shock as just on the main road and the traffic noise is pretty bad. We had a beach front villa but initially were located in 327 which is... more

Ana Mandara Resort and Spa is, for Vietnamese standards, extremely overpriced, more expensive than a Thai equivalent resort and of course Vietnam is not at all as sophisticated as Thailand. At the Park Hyatt hotel in Saigon (the very best in town) a very similar room, an identical meal, are at half the Na trang prices. Incredible isn’t it ?... more

We booked 1 Garden villa at Ana Mandara for 7 nights in January 09 We loved the concept (environment friendly), great views and design - traditional and a lot of attention in details. Location: best (considering Nha Trang). Walking distance to most of restaurants, bars, etc and 7-9 min taxi drive to "Vietnamese" city center of Nha Trang. Hotel is... more

So my wife and I decided to go to Vietnam for our honeymoon. We chose Ana Mandara as it looked to be the best of the choices available. We have to say that the hotel was very nice, but as in most cases, we felt that we were paying a bit much for what we received. Note that the hotel... more
