The view from our room was the best thing. The rooms were a great size but even the discounted room rate couldn't help with the constant construction noises next door (on all sides) this started at 7am on every single day! The breakfast was horrible! Not sure what others offer, maybe they don't have to offer good service being so... More

As we arrived into Nha Trang expecting a blue glass panelled hotel 'soaring' into the skyline, what we found was far from what we imagined from the photos. As we got dropped off at the end of a dodgy looking alley way, we immediately thought we were in the wrong place, unfortunately this turned out to be the location of... More

Our private driver refused to drive us up the ally way to the hotel. This should have told us something... First hotel in all of Vietnam that took our passports. After finally been shown our room I can't express the disappointment. Firstly the noise and banging of construction goes 24 hours. Our room walls rattled. We have a teenage family so... More

Our family of 7 booked three rooms for 3 nights at Prime Hotel and our overall experience was pretty crap. We had an overnight train to Nha Trang and arrived in the early hours of the morning. Upon arrival we were asked to hand over passports and were told that the hotel kept them because sometimes the police raid the... More

I have travelled many places from every corner of the world and without a doubt this is the worst hotel I have stayed at. First they tried to hold onto my passport even though I paid upfront. After a small conversation we got our passports back. Now I am a smoker but I requested a non smoking room (always smoke... More

From the moment we arrived at this hotel, we have been less than impressed. Everything is written in Russian. The decor is old soviet style (depressing) and literally the whole hotel is so out of date. The carpet in our room STINKS of cigarettes, and the room has not even been cleaned properly. The complimentary toothbrushes etc look like they've... More

We arrived early in the morning from an overnight bus and the staff were really nice, they let us use their shower on one of the floors and stored our luggage until checkin time. The room was a little small as we had added an extra bed but we had a great view to the ocean, and they was a... More

We booked 3 rooms at this hotel thinking that this would be ideal for our family vacation. However there were 2 particular reception staff, one of them being LE MINH BANG NGUYEN who were very bad in customer service. Both of them prefer to avoid Asian guest especially and tend to give more attention to Russians. The staff LE MINH... More

Location of the hotel is good and rooms are clean. But here it stopps being good. Breakfast might be ok for russian taste but not for european, staff was polite but not really attentive. Our room was on the 5th floor, the window out to the beach but so small that there was hardly any light coming through at all.... More

This hotel is located about 200 metres from the beach but many rooms either have no window or overlook the adjoining buildings. We asked for a room with a sea view, which we were given but for which we had to pay extra. The only meals we had in the hotel were breakfasts, but these were fairly basic (crocodile curry... More
