We stayed at the An Hoa Hotel for two weeks and the location is excellent, and most of the staff and owner are exceptionally friendly. Unfortunately, we experienced several problems during our stay. The day receptionist, Mrs Mai, and the owner, Mrs Cam, are very lovely people who tried to resolve problems as best they could. The rooms are big... More

My friend and me came across An Hoa Hotel looking for a budget accommodation. As we got very spoilt in other towns of Vietnam by the low prices because of off-season, we were hard to convince to pay an extra $2 compared to our normal budget. But the staff did fine, she convinced as in a very nice and argumentative... More

My room in an hoa was clean and spacious, and there were some tours offered. However the for knob to our room was broken giving the feeling that it's not as secure as it should be. This could have easily been fixed cheaply and hopefully is by now. Also I could not suit on the toilet straight on as my... More

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly, but in many cases had very limited English, which made things like using their safe or booking onward travel quite challenging. No other complaints though.

I just can recommend this hotel in total. Violet from the reception is a perfect contant person and she does every booking you are looking for. Just ask her. Perfect location, 1 min to the beach but quite side street. Perfect stay!! Never felt such a cozy atmosphere, thank you!!

The hotel is in the center, very clean and we like the people who manage the hotel, so kind and help in everything! We travel for two month already and this was the best hotel with the most wonderful people!

I stayed at Hotel An Hoa for a few nights in Dec. 2013. I called to make a reservation, and the manager "Mr. T" confirmed the booking with me by text. When I arrived to Nha Trang, he picked me up by motorbike at the bus station. My room faced the alley and was spacious, with nice light. I was... More

This hotel is up a slightly questionable looking alleyway but once through you'll be rewarded with a high standard of hotel and very friendly & helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and great value and the hotel booked a day for us at the nearby mud baths (worth a visit). When the staff couldn't book us a bus ticket they... More

We stayed 3 nights during the new year period in a twin single room on the third floor. There's no elevator, so a bit of stair climbing is needed, but not a problem. Room was clean enough, pretty big, and decent bathroom, happy given the price! The reception staff are brilliant, reasonable English and will help you book all sorts... More

I didn't even stay the night here in the end (was still charged full price despite my complaint). I arrived early and was very tired but it was impossible to sleep. Building work went on from 7am til long after 7pm in this hotel and neighbouring ones. In fact most of nha trang seemed to be in the process of... More
