Be warned that the hotel has a dampness issue, mainly because the plumbing and bathroom design is terrible and there doesn't seem to be water proofing in the bathrooms so the water leaks into the floors below. We didn't have any problems with our room but we heard other complaining; I wont base this review on their experience, only my... More

Don't know about all of these bad reviews, but we loved our stay at Saigon Hotel! There was three of us travelling together, but they only had the penthouse which was meant for six people.. so they gave it to us for no extra charge!! The view from the top was great, the room was spotless, and the women at... More

Stayed here as part of the Geckos tour! Shocking hotel. Great location, but had locals that stayed and made loud noises all throughout the night, espically at 4am - 7am in the morning. Complained to reception and nothing was done about! Would not come back again!!

The best thing about this place is its location which is very easy to find a local restaurant and 15 mins " xichlo" to the beach. Even this time was a good stay but their still more room for the hotel allotment. In term of service and people, hotel staff need to improve their English skill and clearly sign in... More

Stayed here as part of a Gecko's tour and found the hotel to be the worst of the ones we have stayed in with Gecko's throughout Asia, even the basic guest houses in Laos knew how to give better service. There is no complimentary water, the rooms are dated and have ridiculously small windows and the beds are crammed in... More

I stayed here as part of a Gecko tour and it was the worst of the 6 hotels I stayed in Vietnam. It's one of those small street front hotels, although the rooms are a reasonable size. The room had only a tiny window, the decor was dated (leopard print bedspreads?), there was no complimentary water, no breakfast, no English... More
