On arrival we were told there were no rooms available, however when we said we were looking at staying 4 nights a room became available. Initially the room appeared quite good. On further inspection the floor was starting to lift, during a shower which had a broken hand piece it leaked a lot of water onto the floor, and the... More

I booked online a VIP Suite for 3 persons and payed upfront via Hotels.com. On check in, the receptionist argued hard and wanted extra payment for one extra person which was already payed for. The athmosphere on check In was not good and if i had not payed before arrival i would have found another Hotel. It ended up with... More

This hotel is right in front of Louisiane beach restaurant and a short walk away from Sailing club & main street for shopping & dining. Hotel was built long time ago so rooms are quite old-fashioned, although they're clean and quite spacious. Our group had a problem at checkout, when receptionist wanted to charge us for a bottle of wine... More

This hotel is an excellent location as it overlooks the beach, but the rooms are otherwise horrible. The rooms lack cleanliness especially the bathrooms which are filled with cockroaches hidden in every crack. Not only that, the bathroom is also dirty and rusty looking. The outlets are horrible in the rooms and the staff don't even replace the sheets they... More

My issues up front: This was presented as 4-star hotel in a couple of different sites I looked at, and I don't think it is a 4 star hotel, but it was a very nice what I would think of as a 3-star hotel. The pictures of the hotel, here and elsewhere, give the impression it is on the beach,... More

Front desk staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Room was a good size and well laid out. Aircon did not work at first but they did fix this quickly. The shower was a little strange - no bracket so we had to sit in the bath! Swimming pool was good if a little hot (although this is understandable... More

Front staff very rude about not letting us check in until 2.00pm even though they knew we were arriving at 9.15am. Air con in room took 40 minutes to cool the room. Shower bracket broken so you had to hold the shower head to have a shower. No tissues in room. Carpet badly stained. Curtains broken so we were unable... More

Front of house staff rude compared to other staff we'd met on our trip. When we complained our shower didn't work (would only run VERY hot), their response was to turn the hot water off so we had to shower in the cold. We were told there wasn't any other rooms to change to, but when we checked online, there... More

The hotel itself was average and dated. Bathrooms were very old and water leaked everywhere when showering, breakfast was better except almost everything here is catered to Russians including the majority of the breakfast buffet, which I can understand as they seem to be the main group of tourists here. Staff here were helpful and polite, the location is great.... More
