I am so glad we stayed at the Camellia Hue Hotel. We booked through Agoda which had a promotion which included a royal dinner. We dressed in royal clothes and were addressed as King and Queen through our banquet. The staff were so attentive serving their royal highneses food which not only tasted great but well presented coming to the... More

Nice location. Great staff. Pleasant room. But what really impressed me was the rooftop restaurant. We had breakfast every day which was a buffet and had great variety. The view and the outside dining were charming. Not many places where I have traveled had as nice a venue for breakfast.

We spent 2 nights at the Camellia (recently rebranded as the Cherish) and everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, and the rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, plus they have a laptop and free internet. The views from the 10th floor restaurant (breakfast and dinner) are wonderful. We also had the Royal menu on one night, with a 50%... More

The slogan for this hotel is "Beyond Expectations" and it was certainly better than we expected. We had a very happy and comfortable stay here for 3 nights. The staff were always smiling and always ready to anticipate our needs. Breakfast was a delicious choice of healthy and tasty food, and the bread and pastries were particularly good. Also we... More

Great hotel lovely staff authentic and warm péòple. Very clèan . Comfy beds and air con. The rebranding offer on the feast is amazing value. 7 courses of tasty sculpted food. Highly recommended. Free vietnamese lesson when you chat with the waiters!

Spent 2 nights here in August 2014. This hotel is well located to visit the Citidel when on a tour. The staff are friendly, the rooms adequately sized and appointed. The room came complete with a laptop. The restaurant is located on the 10th floor for great views and the food was good and the staff accommodating for a very... More

Nice spacious clean rooms with very comfortable beds, probably the comfiest in Asia and big nice pillows, staff were friendly and helpful however I found the resteraunt staff to be a little harrasing constantly following you around when you are trying to get your breakfast which is annoying, also found this hotel a lot cheaper online so if you are... Liked: Friendly staff good service Clean and very comfy beds Great breakfast Disliked: Reception wouldn't match the price on agoda which resulted to us having to book a room online in front of them in order to get that rate and email them the booking reference. which I thought was absolutely ridiculous.

Honestly, I (and my gf) spent only a night in Hue (should have spent at least two) but as far as Hotel Camelia goes - staff were friendly and helpful (bought train tickets for us, gave us tips as where to go and what to see. The room was spacious, clean, not too expensive. Location is ok, close to the... More

My family was quite satisfied with our accommodation in Camellia Hue. Their service was good, n the staff was friendly and helpful too. They had some bicycles for free n it was really cool to enjoy Hue city in the evening by bikes. The food were quite good even though they were not very various. However, there were 2 things... More
