We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and we enjoyed it. The room is clean, towels and bedding smells soooo good, clean bathroom at our room, good computer for internet, and the great thing about this hotel is the service. THe Staff are awesome; they will welcome you warmly day and night; they will assist you in anyway that... more

This hotel had the best service I've seen in the last 3 months travelling across Asia. The rooms are clean but nothing amazing, but the effort of the staff to please is nothing short of 5-star. Even in the pouring rain the reception staff carried umbrellas and helped us up the street with our baggage and waited with us for... more

Right from the first moment service was friendly, informative and helpful. Rooms were of the highest standard I've encountered in a budget hotel with modern bathrooms(good showers), a 32inch T.V with all the channels you would want, beautiful furnishings and a personal computer with free broadband in room. Well located in a quiet alley but very close to all the... more

This hotel is overpriced and dirty. There is better value elsewhere at this price range. The breakfast is buffet but if you are not there at 7 then you will either get cold breakfast or none at all. The fruit was not refreshed either. The rooms were dirty with sand on the floors and the bedclothes did not look like... more

Overall nice, average hotel in Vietnam and met all our needs. I would have no problems staying here again. Very friendly and helpful staff who did not push any tours, etc. We rented bikes from them (which is actually from the guy next door) and enjoyed a great day sightseeing at the tombs. My only complaint would be that the... more

What amazing value for the money this new looking hotel is tucked away in a quiet little street .Free high speed internet in the room, a dvd player and a kettle along with all the other usual expected things. The room was very comfortable and clean and quiet. We loved the "friendly" lift which has to be the smallest lift... more

The people at this hotel were some of the kindest folk we met in Vietnam which for us was top priority with little kids, we felt safe to let our kids wander through the hotel on their own and play with the staff which gave us some quiet moments to read! They were very helpful and it was a nice... more
