Stayed in this hotel for two nights on business. The rooms are okay, clean and the beds hard but fine, but the walls must be paper thin as I could hear everything going on in the room next to mine not to mention the very echoey hallway. Although breakfast was included in the rate, after a quick bite on the... More

Nice, large hotel but the staff spoke little English. The beds were comfy, the room was clean and the bathroom good. The aircon was good, with clever use of a fan on the opposite side of the room to help distribute cool air faster. Breakfast was superb with many Vietnamese choices from spring rolls, to dumplings to pho and fresh... More

Room was very large with balcony, good wifi. Hotel seemed well booked and buffet breakfast had good Vietnamese choice. Plenty of choice to eat nearby, and hotel restaurant appeared very popular but we did not eat there. Easy walk to riverfront and 10 to 15 minute walk to the citadel. There were plenty of staff.

Room was very big that held 2 single and a double bed with room to spare. Bathroom was also huge. Brakfast was usual fare of made to order eggs and rice noodle soup. Coffee, tea, & juices. Various dim sum items, oriental dishes. They had bacon and weiners, breads. Area was very quiet area with local people doing their business.... More

this hotel is a very western friendly hotel with good size rooms and fast wifi, multi story hotel in a pretty good location, walk to the river, plenty of eating options within 5 min walk from hotel, would recommend it for the price as reasonably good value for money.

We put our 4 travelling bikes exactly where security wanted us to put them and locked all 4 of them together. Later on they wanted to 'sweep' that spot and carelessly shoved all four locked bikes to a very different spot. They knew who and where we were and could have easily asked us to move the bikes after unlocking... More

The hotel itself is ok... And I mean ok rather than good. The room is fine, although it did have a load of Mosquitos flying around! But, the main problem is the staff. The lady at reception was incredibly rude to me on arrival (ranging from the way she looked at me to the way she spoke to me), which... More

Very large rooms at this centrally located hotel. There are fantastic views from the upper floors, and the balcony came in handy for drying clothes drenched with sweat. The railings surrounding the property created a degree of peace and security, with pushy cyclo drivers forced to wait beyond the main gates. There is a fitness centre, souvenir shop, tour desk,... Rooms with balcony quite comfortable. The breakfast was disappointing and on 2 separate occasions, the tablecloths were soiled.A lovely gesture was that on International Womens Day (March 8), we were presented with a nice long stem rose.We found communication with housekeeping a bit frustrating with language. As we only needed the room to sleep and for ablutions, it was satisfactory and it... Nice hotel located not too far from the local sights. We didn't have too much trouble, the food was nice and the place is quite easy to find at night. We had little interaction with the staff but were treated quite well, particularly after first going to Duy Tan 2 by accident, it's worth remembering there are two hotels in... More
