We paid $47 US for a fairly ordinary room. Receptionist was surly, the only one like that we struck in Vietnam. Everywhere else they were so friendly. The roof-top pool was great, lounge around or swim and admire the view. We moved just around the corner to Hue Queen 2 opposite Vietnam Airlines. What a contrast, staff could not have... more

The room was clean and the hotel quiet, breakfast was more than enough. Had a bit of trouble getting into the dinning room for supper as there was a tour group in there and they took most of the space and all of the staff. I would stay there again. Did everything they could to assist us when the rain... more

A very nice hotel, with a large restaurant / dining area, helpful staff and very pleasant rooms (quite large). Bathroom facilities above average in our room & very good airconditioning. The Laundry Service was first class. Rooftop swimming pool was fantastic, and got some very good use from our small tour group. Breakfast, a very large well assorted selection of... more

Driving up to the hotel is quite impressive...it's a beautiful neo-colonial building but I really feel this hotel and Hue are a stop for travellers and not a destination. The rooms (like all rooms in Vietnam) are big and clean and breakfast was adequate but in the 3 nights we stayed here it became clear that thsi was a hotel... more

It has been 8 months since we stayed there, and I still remember the high ceiling and spacious rooms. The rooms were huge, clean and nicely decorated. The bathrooms were also big and clean. The beds were comfortable. They still use the key instead of the key card. The staff were nice, not very effiecient, but not rude. Breakfast was... more

Our two days in Hue were blighted by rain, so we were grateful that we had this large, decent place to stay. The room was huge (two double beds) and well furnished, with a huge bathroom. It is more like a business hotel than the typical backpacker places we stayed in elsewhere in Vietnam. Special mention must go to the... more

Stayed one night in this hotel, beacuse that's the way it was organized with your Group ! Would I stay there longer ? Probably would because room is spacious, clean, feels like the 50s in there, and pretty well located, and in a clean part of Hue ! Breakfast is also ok, there's a small choice of " European "... more

The Heritage is not a bad place, and while really not a bargain I was comfortable enough for three nights there. I think I paid around $50/night for the biggest room, but I suppose I could have negotiated down the rate. The bed was typical Asian hard, the room a little musty and on the noisy side of the hotel.... more

Stayed there for 3 nights in may, room very nice, breakfast good, but overall service terrible. Staff are very unhelpful and everything would appear to be too much trouble. We asked for an early morning call - did not get one, we asked to print a page from the internet told no cannot do it, asked if they could change... more

This is a great hotel! We stayed at another smaller $20 hotel 1 night. Awful place that I think was called Ngoc Huong. My girlfriend and I then switched and stayed at the Hue Heritage for 3 nights in June and we were lucky enough to get a discount of only $35 per night. (all we did was use the... more
