We stayed for two nights and selected the hotel based on Tripadvisor. The location is excellent and the rooms are clean enough, but it wasn't great. Stayed for 1 night on Xmas Day. We were allowed early room access to shower (overnight train from Hanoi!) and within an hour had a driver and guide organized for the day.
