Lovely budget stay. Hotel is in a quiet area. Grounds are spacious and nice. Large swimming pool although we choose not to swim as the water was very cloudy (either too dirty or too many cleaning chemicals). Rooms dated but clean. Bfast buffet not that great but ok. Overall the place is nice for a budget stay. If you want... More

Lovely Hotel. One of the better hotels we stayed at during an Intrepid tour. Huge rooms and as a sole occupant had two large beds. A/c actually worked. Had two nights here. Spacious rooms, spacious lobby area. The swimming pool was good and wasn't expecting the hotel to have a pool so it was a nice surprise. Location good as... More

Quiet location situated near the Citadel in old quarter. The hotel had a swimming pool. Arranged pick up from airport & had a wonderful car trip to our next destination Hoi An. Recommended 2 excellent eating places Y Thao Garden & Lac Thien Restaurant! The latter of which arranged a fantastic trip on the back of motorbikes around the countryside... More

Located within the walls but 30 minute walk to the main part of town. You have a good walk to get to any where besides the citadel. old hotel . Nothing done to hotel in years. the hotel has free wi fi but the signal is in and out very weak . has a small pool. Breakfast is ok, ask... More

As one of the only hotels in the citadel you might expect this hotel to be expensive and crowded with tourists. You couldn't be more wrong! My wife and I stayed for 4 nights in March and I guess that the hotel was never more than half full. Hence we had the pool to ourselves most afternoons Admittedly the hotel... More

A hotel in a quiet location, though in easy walking distance to attractions such as Imperial Citadel. The room was clean and tidy. The staff were helpful. I stayed as part of an Intrepid tour. Not much breakfast, as they don't restock their food, so go early.

In Vietnam, a hotel in a quiet location is not easy to find. This is one of them and as it is in a colonial building it is also one of the charming ones. Very close to the forbidden city it offers several rooms, a pool, a garden and a restaurant and parking area. Rooms are clean and the staff... More

The service here was good, although at times required some prompting. Our room were clean, bathroom was a good size. Bed was super comfortable. Everything worked properly. Washing service was great too. I had my clothes washed and returned to me within a day. The breakfast was one of the nicest breakfasts we had in Vietnam. They make awesome omelettes... More

We stay for three nights in this hotel. It is simple, old, silence and plane. The problem was that I was Robredo Tere. In the morning I prepared my suit case and left it ready in the room locked, I went to buy some water and stuff and after 45 minutes came back to the hotel and left for another... More

We stayed here as part of our Intrepid tour and whilst it was great location (next to the citadel), the hotel itself was quite plain/dead. The room was furnished in a very old and dated Asia styled blankets, curtains and decor. The bathroom smelt a bit like a faint tinge of stale fish. The bathroom curtains were old and mouldy... More
