Big rooms with very comfortable beds.Good views from higher floors.Good selection at breakfast. Centrally located with supermarkets and great value local restaurants close by. Superb views from roof top bar. Swimming pool very welcome in the heat but not much seating and limited shade.

We stayed for 2 nights at the Imperial Hotel. It was a very clean and lovely hotel, with comfortable beds, and a HUGE room. We did however, had intermitten wifi (level 14) did not work at all, and the only time we could get access to wifi was when we had breakfast. The breakfast is what you would expect from... More

We stayed there 4 nights during Hue Festival. We had 1 river view on 12 floor. There are plenty of things we like about the hotel: - The lobby looks great, they tried to make it look like ancient architect of Vietnamese Palace. - The room is very spacious, the hotel contractor leave the real ceiling which is higher than... As we were arriving in the evening we used the hotel taxi service from the airport, and we were offered a drink while we checked in. I had requested a room on a high floor, which we were given, and the view over the river was wonderful. My only complaint would be, why stick the large TV in front of... More

We requested and were given a room on a high floor facing the river. Great views over to the Citadel and of the lit up bridges at night time. Friendly staff. Great breakfast included. Best cold Vietnamese coffee (with ice and condensed milk, it is delicious). Nice pool for a cool off after a day of walking around Citadel (easy... More

Our room was large and well decorated with great views of the Perfume river. Breakfast is included and the buffett was very good. We used the pool, which is small but nice and also got drinks at the rooftop bar. The hotel really does feel like a nice 4 or 5 star property without the pricetag. The only thing I... More

Dear EvaBip Thank you for taking time to giving good comment about us. We are glad that you like our room, hotel decoration, view from room and Top Bar to Huong river and city below. We will reconsider the Tour price. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. Hope to see you again in Hue. Best regards, Nguyen Ngoc Tung/Mr.... More

After a long 13-hour train ride from Hà Nội we were very happy to step into the room at the Imperial Hotel. The room was beautiful and the bed was easily the most comfortable one I have slept in in Viet Nam (usually they use very hard mattresses). The view from the room over the Perfume River was also great... More

Ok, so this is a good hotel with great views if you get a room on a high floor on the river side. It is comfortable, high quality and clean and a very good base for a trip to Hue. But somehow there's something missing here. There's something a little old Soviet about this. The gym- if you can call... More

My wife and I stayed at the Imperial for 3 nights in mid March 2012 and we were very pleased with our choice. The Hotel is very centrally located and our room on a high floor afforded suberb views accross the Perfume River. The room was large and well appointed and represented excellent value for money. The inclusive breakfast buffet... More
