Just stayed there with my husband and my kids. Room with a spectacular view to Huong River. Bedroom was uniquely decorated with lots of wooden furniture-my husband just loved it. Breakfast was remarkably delicious with so many dishes-the kids were spoilt for choice. Never seen them ate that much. Never! A wonderful night with my old friends at the bar... More

Oh my god who ever rated this hotel a 5 star has not ever been to a 5 star hotel. Our bathroom had mould in the shower and our room was tired looking and run down. Most of the staff at this hotel couldn't speak or understand much English which we found hard when trying to communicate. The breakfast was... More

We'll positioned old style hotel near the Perfume River. Grand foyer, modern rooms, good bathroom, beds etc. Main feature is its sky bar with magnificent views over the old city/Citadel. Staff are friendly with a good understanding of English. Breakfast was so so. Plenty of food but the choice and quality we're lacking. Laundry services were quick and efficient but... More

Stayed 2 nights during my 17 days tour of Vietnam. Location is very nice, close to the river and the hotel is nice, clean and with a warm welcome by the staff. As in most VIetnamese hotels and restaurants, the level of English of the staff is to be improved. This can leas to confusion and hilarious moments when people... More

We only stayed 1 night here. First impression was really good at the lobby, the majestic feel. The room was spacious but old. They still use CRT TVs, not so good when I wanted to watch World Cup. Breakfast selection was very limited and not that delicious. Juice was not freshly made, poured from off the shelf bottled juice. The... More

Upon checkin at this hotel I found it to be very slow and a little disorganised. Check in took forever, they eventually told us to return after some time. The location of our room was excellent and the choice of river view was amazing. I believe that this hotel is a little overpriced, as the standards is not to international... More

We stayed here one night on an overnight trip from Hoi An. We wanted somewhere well located and well presented. This certainly ticked the boxes for us. It's close to the river, walking distance to the citadel and many good restaurants close by. We had a corner room on a high floor which gave us great views over the river... More

Stayed with family, 2 rooms. Great views from bedrooms and 16 floor bar is great to read at and watch sunset. Hotel is large and is like a gold guided Chinese restaurant. Staff lacking personality but polite. Rooms large but the whole place needs a paint and window clean. Breakfast buffet fine and the usual. Pool okay but gym next... More
