Staff were very quick to respond to my request when I asked to be moved to a room with better wifi. The location is perfect and is a scenic walk to the citadel, markets and shops if all sorts. Beware of fake taxi drivers, we were fooled by a pushy guy with tags, turns out he was a fake. Charged... More

Arriving on the overnight train from Hanoi and after walking from the train station (about 2 km along the river side), reception allowed a very early check-in, which was much appreciated. The room was older style with wooden fixtures and a spacious but dated feel. Adequate bathroom. The balcony was on the side of the hotel (not one of the... More

This was my 4th visit to Hue and have been pleased with my previous accommodation but the Thai Binh 2 Hotel was by far the most convenient. Close to everything with coffee shops and restaurants very handy. My room on the 6th floor was large, comfortable and quiet. The hotel arranged a car for me from Da Nang which arrived on... More

We stayed here for two nights and couldn't fault it. The room was the biggest we had in Vietnam, all nice wooden floors and furniture, large bathroom and impressive views from the balcony. Breakfast was also nice, and situated on the top floor for great views. The location is perfect as it is quiet and only a couple of minutes... More

We stay here for 3 nights. Hotel is in city Center, just some walks to Huong lake. Many bars and food around. The room is big and clean. Staffs are supportive and speak English so well. Just 1 disappoinment on breakfast, not so much food. When we came at 8am there's nothing left for us

A hotel in need of a thorough cleaning - everything looked old and warn. Okay location close to the citadel. Clean laundry, but everything was just curled up. Professional staff, but not at all friendly - taking phone calls, while talking to them.

This hotel is a very good place to stay ! We spent two months in Thai Binh Hotel and we really enjoyed our time there. The rooms are big, clean, with a kettle, a refrigerator, a TV, air conditioning, and you can enjoy the sun on the balcony ! This hotel is well located : you can go to the... More

I stayed at this hotel for a month and was treated like family from the owner all the way down to the women who clean the rooms. Most of the staff spoke english. They take great pride in ensuring their guests are treated well, and can offer countless insights into local attractions. Each morning they offered an exceptional complimentary breakfast... More

We stayed at the Thai Binh Hotel 2 two months as a group and we truly enjoyed it. The rooms are very spacious and neat, the location is ideal: there are plenty of little markets, a mall (Big C) and good and affordable restaurants nearby (Phuong Nam Café, My family Home, nina's café, huong vong inn (for the crepes +++)... Tucked in behind both the Imperial and the Morin, this hotel is really well placed. The breakfast room presents the same view achieved in the Imperial Bar although not quite as high. It is a short walk to eat street, the river and the Citadel or for longer journeys, book the hotel car. We paid $40 USD for a full... More
