- Excellent and helpful service. - nice common areas although the garden area could be even better maintained. - We were upgraded to the biggest room of the hotel, a suite with a private swimming pool which is nice and very big. Areas of improvement: The room is not to the westerners standards in terms of isolation from bugs. There... More

This was our second visit and we stayed here for 3 nights and it is certainly a wonderful escape from the busy cities of Vietnam. We were a little disappointed that refurbishment was being carried out and the gardens were looking rather neglected, but the layout and the buildings still make it a very special and beautiful place to relax.... My only regret is that we didn't have enough time here to really enjoy it. Our suite/cabin was amazing, the bathroom had a bath looking out into the forest, and a balcony over looking the forest off the bedroom! We had dinner in the restaurant on the first night and the second night in the room!! Service was fantastic to... More

We stayed for 2 nights, the staff make this place what it is, always so happy and helpful. Room is very spacious. Good facilities amazing pool, great shuttle into town. Improvements, the bed and pillows terrible they are super hard, the breakfast was very average, and the resort is starting to look tired and needs a revamp. Alot of work... More

We stayed at Pilgrimage Village for three nights last week and were pleased to arrive to such a sanctuary. It is a very peaceful resort about 12 minutes bus ride from the hussle and bustle of Hue and this was perfect for us! The night we arrived, I was pretty crook, so we ordered from the room service menu and... More

We stayed for 5 nights and it was incredible in every way, make sure to have a look at the little boutique stores either side of the path as you enter, we especially liked the pottery but there was some great stuff that was obviously created by some super talented artists

We stayed here for three nights in August. The rooms are the most beautiful we've stayed in and the pool was something else (if a bit warm in the heat), but it's too big to call itself a boutique hotel and despite the friendly service everywhere, it lacks the personal touch. The location is fantastic - so peaceful after a... More

It would be very difficult to describe how amazing the rooms in this hotel are. Size does count and boy do they have that in loads. It's like having your own villa, biggest bed ever, lounge, coffee table, desk and much more. The bathroom is the size of most hotel rooms, large private verandah with rocking chairs and day bed.... We really enjoyed staying there. The service was great, the restaurant are serving quality food and the location is convenient. We highly recommend it especially for couples. Make sure to spend at least two days to enjoy the amenities there!

As part of the tour group, my husband and myself were part of last month, we were fortunate enough to stay at this lovely resort. It was like an oasis in a place that I didn't find very exciting even though Hue is the old capital of Vietnam. I would go there again just to stay at the Pilgrimage Village.... More
