The hotel is set in beautiful grounds . The staff are incredibly friendly and always wanting to please. The restaurant is excellent and has a large and varied menu. Although a little away from the centre of Hue, the surroudings and staff amply more than make up for this.

Booked the Pilgrimage for two nights as a break between traveling between Phong Nha and Hoi An...turned out to be exactly the relaxing break that we needed in an otherwise hectic travel schedule. We were informed upon check in that we had been upgraded to a honeymoon suite...which was lovely as we were on our honeymoon, but couldn't at the... More

This resort is the epitome for peace and relaxation. The infinity pool and gardens are beautiful. Rooms are spacious, beds ok. The Spa is a MUST. Couples massage outside in a covered hut was amazing. Just walking there under the stars and lights was magical. Wish we could have spent a week there. Staff were friendly and first class!

Located outside of Hue which is fine--not a city where you need to stay in the centre. Plenty of rides into town. Atmosphere is interesting--kind of tropical. Rooms are large and basic but very comfortable; bathrooms good and also large. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very restful.

Stayed three nights in January. Rooms in two or three storey blocks - surrounded by a huge amount of vegetation and overgrown plants. All very dark and damp - didn't help that it was raining the whole stay. Bit too rustic and rural for me ! The rooms were very tired and gaps around doors and windows would have meant... More

We stayed a number of nights here and had two different rooms. My wife and I took a honeymoon suite that was perched up above the pool but nevertheless quite private. It had an outdoor plungepool but because it was wintertime and raining when we stayed, we did not get to use that. There were lots of added extras, spa... More

This was a beautiful hotel for our stay in Hue. It had a feel of a tropical oasis with a Balinese twist. Starting from the check-in area you feel like you've arrived in very relaxing place. This property has very well manicured greenery and gorgeous water ponds. Pilgrimage Village also has a number of wonderful pools and few very good... More

We had an amazing time at this hotel staying in one of the bungalows. Beautiful rooms, outside shower, morning coffee on the porch. The pool area is stunning and we had really nice treatments at the spa. Highly recommended.

Spent 3 nights there and it is quite pretty with decent service and a great spa. However, the bed is uncomfortable with a lumpy mattress cover and very rough sheets. The staff are loud in the early morning making difficult to sleep in or enjoy your balcony. The food is average at best and could use improving to meet the... More

In a busy city that seems to be under construction, I was lucky enough to find this enchanting resort. The staff is super nice and always greeting you appropriately. We had only 1 day to spend in Hue and they made the proper arrangements for a guided tour so we can see the charm of this city. I highly recommend... More
