The rooms and setting were excellent and the bed comfortable. the furniture was in style and made the ambience relaxing. The pool and grounds were my favorite part of this hotel, to be able to take breakfast outside was just wonderful. Staff was friendly, food excellent and the halls were lined with vintage photos of the colonial days of Hue,... More

This is the oldest hotel in Hue. Location is good: 5-10 minutes' walk to the touristy area and 10 minutes by taxi to the citadel. Rooms were spacious and luxurious. Waiting staff and front desk staff could do with a few classes in hospitality though. This was not what you'd expect from a hotel of this class.

The rooms were very large, very clean & well appointed. We had views over the river. The staff were helpful & friendly. The meals were in the garden, with good umbrella coverage from the sun. The ambience of the hotel was wonderful. We were able to relax. the lifts had a long window through which we could view the garden... More

Upon arriving after midnight, the Night Manager was great as well as the Daytime Managers. The hotel is historic opened by a man from my region in France. The Staff couldn't have been more accommodating. The room was thoroughly cleaned and all personnel i inter-acted with was supremb. I took a cooking class there and it was fabulous. I got... More

After traveling from HCM City, arriving very late in the morning, this was a true gem. The Night Manager and Managers during the day were spectacular. The hotel itself is a historical and beautiful place. I took a cooking class and was truly amazed with the chefs and the cuisine.

We stayed four nights in this wonderful, historic hotel. We had a luxury River View Room which was very spacious and comfortable overlooking the Perfume River and historic bridge. The staff were very helpful in arranging visits to the Emporers Mausoleums and also to the Naional Shrine at La Vang. We had dinner on our first night which was reasonably... More

Very well presented hotel with exceptional staff. Room was very stylish and the balcony was a good spot. Only problems were the traffic noise from Le Loi & the curtains that let through a lot of light. Breakfast was good and the serving area in the courtyard takes beating. If only I could have slept better.

We have just completed a week at the Saigon Morin. If I could give 7 Stars, I would. In my travels in 23 nations, I have not encountered the exceptional staff, attention to detail, elegance of facility and grounds, quality of food and service, and refining touches that we have encountered here. They even remembered my birthday (from my passport)... More

Wife, kids & I stayed 4 nights. Got upgraded into a huge Colonial Suite. Very comfortable, very nice feel of yesteryear..... Old pics of the hotel in the corridors, beautiful setting for breakfast in a lovely courtyard. Plenty of variety at breakfast. The staff were very welcoming & helpful with any questions etc.....
