Stayed at this hotel six months ago and came back for another visit and stayed six nights. Nothing has changed from my previous review. The rooms are clean, the location is excellent, and the staff led by Phoung is more than accommodating. This trip I requested a room facing the street. This room (501) was large and had a small... The DMZ hotel is centrally located in Hue within walking distance to landmarks such as the Citadel, the Perfume River, various museums. What makes this hotel special is the excellent staff. While the rooms were a little small, they were very clean. The flat screen TV had many English channels including the BBC. We watched the NL playoffs live! The... More

The room itself was alright: pretty big, the A/C worked and bed was comfortable. However, we killed 3 cockroaches (HUGE ones) our first night, and kept seeing more the next two nights (they became very sneaky and are horrifyingly quick so we couldn't catch them). Our room was also facing the street so it was quite loud til around 11pm... More

We stayed at the Phyoc An - DMZ hotel for three nights at $10 per night. The room was clean and had a tv and fridge. Hot water did not work. We hid and locked up all out valuables when leaving the room after reading previous reviews. Management was helpful in advising on our trip to Laos and we ended... More

pros: 10$ for a double A/C room with hot water bathtub (small but remains the fact) and big window is a bargain! especially in this location. good laundry service, nice attentive staff. con's: at the beginning the receptionist has been a bit too pushy about their tours but then - just at the beginning, later they were helpful, not pushy... We stayed for two nights. The room was clean, simple and cheap. Location good. The staff was friendly. But the internet(wifi) a bit slow and not available in our room. Computer downstairs couldn't be used for uploading pictures.

We cam to DMZ hotel on a recommendation from Phong Nha Farm-stay. What can i say it was a great recommendation The rooms were cheap, spacious, beds were ok, there was A/C and a tv. The only thing i have to complain about is the size of the shower! it was Vietnamese local person size... not western size but hey... More

i stayed at this hotel for a few days as part of a study abroad trip through Vietnam. Out of all the hotel i have stayed at so far (in my life!!!) I don't think I have had such a terrible experience. The rooms quite small, the staff doesn't speak a word of english, the air conditioning, televisions, and hot... More
