This hotel is simply a dream come true. The location, the hotel itself, and most importantly the incredible staff all combine to create an experience I've never had anywhere else. I was incredibly fortunate to send six weeks with them in March and April of 2015, and it was a sad day when I had to leave all of my... More

Arrived early on overnight sleeper and offered complimentary breakfast. Unexpected and so was the cold and delicious fresh mango that we were offered the next day after coming back in from a 40 degree plus Hue! Staff really well trained and very helpful. Rooms spotlessly clean. No lift but staff will carry cases up and down on request. Shoes left... More

If you are travelling or have travelled you will know that this place is just what you want. Small hotel, AMAZING staff, free breaky, and a clean room. Yes the bathroom floor is going to get wet when you shower... but hardly anything to winge about. We were welcomed at 9am with a complimentary breaky and early check in after... More

The staff at this hotel is so very nice that I hate to be critical of the place. But the fact is that this hotel is only a step above a backpacker's hotel. (Or so I think, tho I've never stayed at a backpacker hotel.) My room, for example, was very small. So small that the only place I could... More

I found that hotel on TripAdvisor and wouldn't believe the great ratings. So I decided to check it out by myself. Beginning from the first night it was unbelievable. The Nino is one of the best hotels I've ever stood (and I've been in the Burj all Arab and other small leading hotels of the world). Beginning with the friendly... More

The small hotel punches above its weight. From the outside very unassuming but has terrific rooms with comfortable beds. However the standout is the smiling service from the moment you walk in. The staff quietly make suggestions, and advise the details with a minimum of fuss. Not pushy about tours. And they serve toast in the mornings with jam, which... More

I don't speak French. However, when I try to remember HueNino hotel, I always come up with a picture of a small and beautiful house, la petite maison. "Service-oriented" owner and staffs always said a greeting and a gratitude to me whenever I got in and got out. Plus, housekeeping was well done; like an elf hidden in the corner,... More

There is no elevator and the rooms are small but Hue Nino was my favorite hotel during two months in Vietnam. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The room was kept spotless and had a smart layout. You feel very comfortable in the Nino Hotel and it is a great bargain. Nearby try Risotto for Davilo pizza or house... More

We enjoyed this lovely little hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hue. We were promptly picked up at the airport by their driver and greeted with fresh mango drinks and fruit while our luggage was transferred to our room. We were on the fourth floor (Room 404) which was very spacious, comfortable, and extremely clean. No street noise... More

This was our favourite place to stay in Vietnam. The rooms were clean, comfortable and up to date. The staff were really friendly and helpful and flexible, and the breakfasts were good too! The location is not obvious (it's down a small but safe looking alley) but is quite conveniently located and quieter than the main streets.
